FOR MS SEPTMBERM`S INFORMATION, MANY CARS NOW COME WITH ALLOY WHEELS MAKING IT VERY EASY TO INSPECT THE BRAKES WITHOUT PULLING THE THEM OFF. WE DID NOT TELL HER SHE NEEDED BRAKES. WE DID TELL HEAR THAT THE FRONT BRAKES WERE ABOUT 70% WORN AND THAT SHE WOULD NEED BRAKE WORK IN THE NEAR FUTURE. Honest Repair Shop!

I am a female who has used Silver Spring Automotive for the past 5 years and have experienced honesty and integrity every time. I had always been skeptical of auto repair shops. However, I was referred to Silver Spring Auto by a friend and have taken 2 of my cars there over the years and my daughter`s car. My sister now takes her car car there too. Disappointing experience

My first visit was for a complimentary oil change and will be my last visit. Shop attempted to inform me that I needed brakes replaced and did not respond well when I advised them I did not need brake work. What they didn`t realize is that I sat in front of the bay door to watch the work completed on my vehicle and noticed that they never removed the tires from my car.
