they broke my car; and when I ask the owner to pay for the repair, he refused. Now, we are have to pay for the repair ourselves and having to take them to court to try to get our money back for the damage that they caused in the first place.
I WOULD NEVER USE THEM, EVER!!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR BROKEN

The owner worked with me on paying for my tow and storage fee. He had not charged me for the "after hours fee" and just gave me the price for the standard rate per the PD, due to them having to call for service. I am pleased that he was willing to compromise with me, giving my situation.
