This place was slow and bad se...

This place was slow and bad service. I had made a simple reservation for an oil change. With the reservation it still took them an hour to do!! No one apologized or said anything. I have been to car-x with no reservation and it only took 20 min at the same price. Then to top it off they my oil in my car started to drip from my car, it has never done that before. I would never go back, if they can`t do a simp... view morele oil change correctly in a decent amount of time, what else could they be doing wrong?
