Buyer beware!! I purchased a rebuilt alternator from this store. It was determined that the alternator was not our problem but this store would not let me return the alternator. It was never installed and was just taken out of the box to look at it and put back. They said they have a sign in their store stating electrical components cannot be returned. I did not see such a sign. I have purchased auto parts for 30 yea... view morers and I have NEVER had a problem returning ANY part, EVER, until now. The part was not cheap, $234+. Luckily, the NAPA store on 102nd and Capitol in Milwaukee let me return the part. That is what you call customer service. I did not even buy it there. The Pewaukee store could take a lesson from them. From now on I will drive the extra miles to avoid this NAPA store.
