If You Go Here You Will be Ripped Off. plain and simple
Fist off.. I tried to give this place a chance.. I really did but being the nice, patient, hard working, and somewhat naive young lady that I WAS (at the time), resulted in me getting ripped off twice! Do your homework on this place before you EVER step a foot in the door. This place changed it`s name from precisions to"unique" (lol). That`s a sign right there. The only thing "unique" about this place is how they pre... view morey on women and fools! Second sign of how ratchet this "business" is, THEY WERE FEATURED ON AN EPISODE OF CONTACT 6 WITH MY GIRL KATRNA KRAVY EXPOSING THEIR RATCHET BEHINDS!!.LOL the receptionist ran her ratchet self in the brokedown bathroom. F with the Better Business Bureau ! Smh

All these reviews are true, horrible
Honestly had some work done on my car and I have never experience d anything like this before. Extremely unprofessional.Just call and see how your greeted, left on hold, and how when you finally speak with a (fake) mechanic what the excuse is in the status if your vehicle situation. Let`s just say I took my car there for engine problems about 5 months ago. Out of pocket almost $1200 and im currently in the city bus... view more due to junking vehicle. Now as far as Capitol location im not sure but brown deer location. ..let`s just say I tried to tell you so....don`t say you weren`t warned!

Basic work takes way too long. Cheap oil changes, break installation, few good deals here but overall terrible customer service. Mechanics smoked in my car, and they are very dishonest. For major work, I advise you stay far away from this run down shop. Plus the owners a drug lord shooting customers. Screw you unique and thanks for taking my money. SCREW UNIQUE!!!

precision custom con job
The guy that runs this shop is Anthony Smith,a former used car salesman/convicted felon, this man is a professional liar and a car thief. I personally know this idiot and he couldnt "fix" microwave popcorn but now he`s a mechanic. This place is run by convicted felons and drug users, they prey on women and the elderly because that`s how they make the big money on rip offs. "Rip offs" happen every mi... view morenute in this shop..one customer complained so bad that he was shot, literally wounded with a pistol at the hands of Anthony, the owner. Drug test the mechanics and no one on the premises is an ase certified mechanic,NO ONE! This man is ripping off the community, and if you`ve ever used a credit card in this god forsaking hell hole I`ll bet you were the victim of credit card fraud weeks later. Buyer beware!!

Dont ever ever ever ever ever do bussiness with them
The front desk lady Caron was so inviting at the first, later on they took the car for oil change and they never did anything. Later on the boss Antony said he finished the job, but once i took the car i didnt see any change in there, my odometer shows the same oil percentage after i took the car which is the same as 10% as before. When i called those guys they didnt even responded and they are very harsh. I WO... view moreULD NEVER EVER DO BUSSINESS WITH PRECISION CUSTOM CAR CARE.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL
I have a 97 Nissan Altima that stopped on me on on November 8th I priced around different shops that would tow my car and came across an ad for Precision Custom Car Care and had them tow my car on November 10th. After towing my car they didnt call me to let me know what was wrong after telling my husband and I they would run a diagnostic test, so I had to call them the following day on the 11th. I got the runaround s... view moreaying call back in one hour, two hours, three hours, no one could give me any answers. Friday November 12th rolls around and still no one had any answers and I got the runaround again. I come to find out they hadn`t touched the car at all saying they were backed up. I wanted to speak with the manager who promised me he would look into it and have my car ready for me by Friday closing time. I had to once again call since no one stayed in contact with me as they said they would and finally was told it was the fuel pump and my
car was done to pick up before 6pm that day. I paid $475.20, picked up my car and drove it home. Exactly a week later on the 23rd my car stopped on me again. I had a different car shop tow my car and do a diagnostic test to find out what was wrong this time. They told me it was the fuel pump and that there was no way the other shop replaced it with a new one because where they remove it from was never touched. I once again called up Precision to notify them what was said and they said have their towing company to tow the car in. I called the towing guy on the 29th and still have yet to hear from Precision who currently has my car.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM NOR DO I RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING ELSE!!!!

CROOKS AND CONS...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH
I had my car looked at it and a price agreed upon for the work. I was asked to put down a deposit before the parts were to be ordered, something I`ve never had to do before. The next day when I was suppose to have the work done, after a couple of hours, I was told more work needed to be done at additional costs. Reluctantly, I agreed, however, when it came time to pay the OWNER went up on the price significantly. He ... view moreeven argued with me, even though I had the paperwork for the original price. The car still was not fixed right and they tried to charge me extra to have it fixed.

Shady Shop - Definitely Avoid!
I took my car to this shop only because of its location in an emergency. After being told that they could fix my car, I was asked ""How are you paying for it?"" That caught me a bit off-guard and I asked what he meant - he replied, ""The owner prefers cash..."" and went on about check scams and credit card ""scams,"" alluding to the chargeback process without calling it that. All this while a credit card processin... view moreg machine was staring me in the face. He then said that a deposit was required before they would start work, which is a practice I`ve never heard of before. Perhaps it`s due to the not-so-great area the shop is in - nevertheless, I ended up going to the ATM to take out enough for the deposit. But before that, he discussed the cost of service with me - he said that the book calls for three hours of labor, but that he knew it would take four. Their stated shop labor hour rate is $79.99...and he told me the price would be $400, which is five hours of labor! I brought my own part, which was not a problem, but there is no way shop supplies, etc. would amount to the cost of another hour of labor. Whatever. When I came to pick my car up, an early 20s kid was at the counter and I didn`t see the guy I dealt with earlier. He asked for the remainder of the cost, and I asked him if he`d take my credit card. He responded with a slightly embarrassed grin, ""How much cash do you have?"" I told him I had none - he then said, ""Have a debit card?"" (debit transactions cost less and credit card transactions to merchants). I said I did not, and he ended up taking my credit card. All in all, just a horrible way to do business. I have my own business and take credit cards and Paypal, so if anyone knows how much swipe fees suck, it`s me - but it`s a cost of doing business and looking desperately for other means of payment is just beyond unprofessional. The job I needed wasn`t a complicated one at all, so I suppose their quality of work is acceptable for at least a simple part swap out. This is just one shop that I would avoid like the plague - there are other options within a mile of this shop - TAKE THEM!
