I purchased a used vehicle from hiller
I purchased a used vehicle from hiller when I test drove it I heard an exhaust leak they stated it would be taken care of, at the time if purchased the sales man stated it was fixed. I then took the vehicle home and upon arrival I heard the noise so I took the vehicle back and it has been there thee weeks now I got a call back stating it was fixed. Upon arrival I started the vehicle and the noise is still present. No... view morew the service manager don and GM Wayne stated they are not sticking any more money into the vehicle because there is nothing wrong with it. So I took it to russ darrow mazda were they confirm it was an exhaust leak very polite service advisors. I then contacted the GM Wayne from hiller and stated he did not care what russ darrow stated and was not sticking any more money and demanded the vehicle title back, he is very unprofessional and disrespectful horrible business.

Hiller Ford in Franklin, The Best in Sales and Service!
I have been a loyal Hiller Ford customer for nearly 40 years and would not go anywhere else! Even moving to Menomonee Falls, where I am sure there are quality Ford dealerships nearby, I would not change from Hiller Ford in Franklin. They are worth the drive, from the repair history on my two Fords (Taurus and Flex) to the great deals when buying new or leasing. It is convenient to get the service history, notices wh... view moreen you hit mileage points, and competitive pricing on all repairs it is worth it. I have shopped the Internet to see what repairs cost, Hiller Ford is always close to the best price anywhere! Thank you, I recommend Hiller Ford for new and used car purchases and lease, along with service work. They are the best!

Great Experience
I have purchased my last two vehicles through Hiller Ford and have been more than happy with the way I was treated and the knowledge of the sales person. The staff is terrific and made these often scary transactions a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Hiller Ford.

You don`t treat people the way they treated us!
I cannot agree more with VickG. I was the one who assisted this retired man and his wife, obtained a buyer`s agreement that the dealer wrote that there was a deposit on a car after I gave a very nice salesperson Vick`s full credit card information, including every thing that you would never give out to a stranger. The dealer did write the word ""VISA"" next to the deposit. They showed that they accounted for the dep... view moreosit by showing that the amount due that was $500 less because of the deposit. They wrote up that the only contingency to the deal was our option to cancel and get the $500 back if the inspection results were not satisfactory to Vick.
What blew us away was they did actually take the car to a very reputable local shop called Girard`s for the inspection, the very next morning. Then they told the driver to bring the car back before the inspection commenced, because they had another customer making a more attractive offer.
This senior citizen needed a vehicle as soon as possiblwe. We spent an enormous amout of time looking for and finding this vehicle, then working out a deal, locating a highly trusted local shop to inspect it, only to have the carpet ripped out from under the deal.
You may want to see how the BBB complaint Vick filed panned out. As of 8/9/11, they have not responded to the issue that the only way they could have substantiated the deal was locked in to an out of town buyer was to write up a bill of sale and fax it to him. To show the deposit applied, and only fax over the upper 3/4s of the deal (leaving the signature line out of sight). We were told the sales person we required a signature or initialling by a manager. Now they say they never signed the paper! How could we see that if they cut off the very end?
So, as VickG said, it doesn`t matter how nice and trusting the sales person you deal with may be, beware of any promises that the managers offer, even in writing. If they would only honor their commitment to Vick as long as there isn`t a better deal, ask yourself if this is the kind of dealer you want to even start to work with.

Mislead senior citizen
Few things rile me more than when a car dealer says one thing, even puts a promise in writing, and then does something else. So please understand why I take what Hiller Ford did very seriously. That is why I want to tell anyone and everyone to beware of Hiller Ford sales managers. They used a congenial sales person to led me on with written representations that seemed firm and certain. When a better offer came along,... view more everything they represented to me IN WRITING vanished into the air; They say they had the right to cancel the deal because of some kind of technicality that, despite giving me the impression that my deposit was actually taken and run, they never ran the card. Therefore, they say they didn`t have to honor the deal. If this kind of logic seems honorable and makes sense to them, I don`t know what planet they come from.
They took my deposit from me on a car I really wanted to buy, then canceled my deal, to sell the car to someone else, I assume for more money.
I?m a senior citizen. I also live quite a distance from Hiller Ford. Someone who assisted me found this really low mileage car that I could afford at Hiller Ford, and did everything it would take to hold the car pending an inspection at a local shop. They faxed us a bill of sale that showed that they took did in fact place a $500 deposit on my VISA card, and even wrote the word ""VISA"" on the bill of sale, beside the $500 deposit. I thought the car was off the market. So we spent a lot of time finding a local auto shop we could trust, then set up an inspection that was scheduled for the very next morning. They agreed to take the car there the afternoon before that appointment.
However, even as the car was at the shop to be inspected, someone came along who made an offer they found more favorable, and without prepurchase inspection.
Hiller Ford managers broke all good faith with me and sold the car to that person.
We even talked to the General Manager about it and he also said that ?Because we didn?t run the VISA card? for the $500 deposit, they had no obligation to sell the car to me. The General Manager didn`t think that faxing me bill of sale with the deposit showing, and shown as reducing the amount due from me by $500.
There is no logic or moral sensabilities expressed by the General Manager or the other managers who were involved in this transaction. Therefore I suggest that another dealers you find cannot be worse than Hiller Ford, who abused my trust, wasted my time and the money I gave to the man to assist me through the process. The representations made would make anyone believe the car deal was locked in and certain. Yet despite everything that they put in writing, their written word was absolutely worthless. IT DOESN`T MATTER IF YOU WORK WITH A NICE AND TRUSTWORTHY SALES PERSON; IF THE MANAGERS IN THEIR OFFICES WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS TO ME, IS THIS THE KIND OF DEALERSHIP YOU EVEN WANT TO TRY BUYING A CAR FROM?
