The quality of the windshield was OEM glass-Original Equipment Manufactered, exactly like the one that came out- that`s worth more and did not cost much more than the kind you would receive from a Glass IN A Box type company that gives you a type of windshield that might not last very long- (but they might give you a box of steaks and your insurance co. one too)./The insurance companies like those type of windshields when they are the type of company that raises your rates and counts a rock chip as a Collision every time, because YOUR vehicle was moving when the truck tire spun a small rock right up at your vehicle. Eventually costing their customers a lot more $$$. in the end. Seriously, I was disapointed that the nicest glass place I ever found changed into a large company that no longer refers you to OEM glass, and I was fortunate to find Red Robin LLC another more reliable company that cares about clients! Then it was suprising to hear you say you use to be that nicest glass place on the hill that moved away!!! I went there years ago when I worked for the USPS and you saved my job by fixing my Postal vehicle ASAP!! I will continue to recommend you to friends, co-workers and family- Patti T
