I bought a used vehicle there and was impressed with the friendly and professional services I received. My sales person was Kandi and she handled the sale with a friendly and helpful personality. Terrible Experience

Terrible experience. I felt the customer was second to the money that could be made from a sale.
I was very interested in a Buell listed at the Eau Clair Ford Dealership and ready to view it as soon as possible, however after calling about the bike I was notified that is was being repaired due to an issue in the charging system. The sales representative asked if I would wait until the following week to visit, as ... view morehe would have it repaired and ready for a test ride. I happily agreed and we made an appointment. I had also contacted him many times throughout the week with questions and reconfirmed our appointment. I was fully prepared to purchase the motorcycle, however I was called 2 days before my appointment and told the bike had sold. After calling the representative back I told him I was very upset that I was not given the chance to purchase the motorcycle. All he could say was

Amazing Caring and Friendly

Deceptive Sales and Service

There cars are priced 10 to 15% higher than other area Ford dealerships.

There service department has changed from a department you can trust to misleading and almost criminal behavior.

It?ˆ™s worth a drive to other area Ford dealerships if you have an issue with your Ford vehicle. If you don?ˆ™t take my advice and still go there at the very least get a second opinion.

Nice Car

the sales floor was nice. its wide open and bright unlike some places I`ve shopped at. i was greeted right away and didn`t feel pressured. the sales manager was able to find the vehicle I wanted (i`m picky). overall i was treated fairly and i got a good deal on my vehicle.
