do not go there. i tried to deal with them on a truck .i found some misimformation on their part concerning the truck and tried to deal with them about that and in my opinion was pretty much told to take a flying leap. asked a couple of times to speak with upper management and was told they were conveniently unavailable . i did buy the truck there only because i wanted it so badly and it was the only place that had... view more it.

This dealership was helpful in correcting a problem caused by Beaver Dam Ford. I called Beaver Dam Ford after service was closed and asked if my 2008 Mercury Mariner could take Ethanol (85 octave). The kid that picked up the phone said YES. A trip to Columbus turned the check engine light on! Countryside Ford said to drain the gas tank. It says in the owner`s manual not use 85 (ethanol). Removal of a full tank of ga... view mores cost $100 not including the replacement gas. Obviously, I will read the owners manual but I could have ruined the engine, only time will tell, They got the car done ASAP. Countryside has earned my business.
