Went to Frontier, got as far as test
Went to Frontier, got as far as test driving the car...credit app gets turned down because the ""only"" nationwide lender will not accept me. Frontier does financing in-house and denied me the opportunity because I [mentioned], I would be moving out of state because I am in the military. Previously the sales person told us their in house financing could be done for us even though we were leaving state; as long as pay... view morements were made everything was fine. (He even told us a story of having to repo a car in Texas!!!) After speaking with the [very rude & previously not willing to negoiate past $100!!] manager she explained I could not get the car until (basically) I brought a check in. Seemed like things got a little personal w/the manager! They had signs that stated they ""proudly"" supported the army national guard...guess that was all a ploy, I`m calling it discrimination!!! I was warned about this dealership and I wish I woud`ve listened!!!!

a nightmare!
We bought a car from here in dec 2010 the first clue that something was rong with this place should have been they told us they would have the car ready to go by noon the day we were to pick it up and when we got there it was nowhere near ready to go. They told us they put new tires on the car sure if they were newly used maybe. we just eneded up putting 1,500 into the front end to get the car running and went to tr... view moreade it in and founf out it had been in a crash 11 days before we bought it while it was in dealer possestion with air bags deployed!!!!!! which we were Never told about!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
I applied for a vehicle on a Friday July 3, 2009. Their joke of a Financial manager (M..y) told me to come back on Monday to pick up the vehicle. I came on Monday and she wasn`t there. She made her weekend one day longer. OK, they told me to come back on Tuesday at 6.00 pm. I was there at six, she ended up being 55 min late, when I was already gone. I came back later to collect my refund since I was already done with... view more that place and she lied to me that other manager needed to be there. Their receptionist was unbelieveably rude also. I came back the next day again to collect my refund and she was again 25 min. late. Day after I was told she will be there at 2.30 pm. She ended up calling me at 5.30 pm since I was already gone. Then she started lecturing me in a very rude and unprofessional manner about ""banking 101"" and made remarks on how I should go back to school and learn how finaces work ( and she calls herself a Manager of a car deaership-unbelievable). She ended up just hanging up on me in the middle of conversation. I still haven`t received my refund of over $400. They just keep making me come back. I am talking to a lawyer to possibly consider legal options with them. I would strongly recomend anyone buying a car to stay away from that highly unprofessional place. And I wasn`t surprized when I saw that I wasn`t the only one with this opinion about them. Stay away from that place and under no circumstances give them any kind of money or you will regret it just as I did.

I was in dire need of a vehicle and they were the only car lot in Milwaukee that would work with me. I would buy from them again.

If you don`t want anyone to help you with your car purchase, and if you want to see high priced cars
The headline says it all - Frontier was our last stop and all we found were poor vehicles at way too high of prices. To make it worse, we had NO ONE come out to see if we needed anything or had questions. We walked the side of the establishment and the front where I`m sure SOMEONE saw us, but obviously, they weren`t in the mood for selling a car. Poor poor customer service.

worst place
This place is one of the place that I will not go back to if I`m going to buy a car. I was in a sitiuation that I really need a car. So I bought my 98 Honda civic from them and they told me that everything was fine. When I got the car one of the passgner side couldn`t open unless you open it with a key. They told us that we just need a screw to put it in and then we could open it. Whatever. We took it in for the fuse... view more repair and it turn out that the door was broken. So, we totally got rip off for buying our first car at that place. Never trust those saleperson they tried to get you into buying their cars. Our saleperson wasn`t a really good saleperson that was helpful. He was only good at pushing us into buying our car. This is not a good place for anyone to do business with.

Not a place to go
Would not recommend to anyone: We went in there trying to buy a SUV in July 2007, first off like 4 sales people came rushing over, then one of the head salesmen kept pushing us to buy this one SUV. We test drove it and liked it. We started the paperwork gave them our down payment. They had told us to come in the next day to finish the paperwork and we can drive home with it. Well we show up the next day and they sold... view more it to some people. Now they were in there like 2 days before us but DID NOT put any money down for it like we did. But get this the guy that was pushing for us to buy it was the one who sold it to these people. So now at this point we were disappointed, but what made it worse is they were tryin to make us buy this one truck that was just awful. The interior was horrible it looked like a cat threw up or pee`d in it and they wanted too much for it. So we asked them for our deposit back, now it gets better, they tell us to wait til 4pm for the manager to come. She never shows, so they say ""well Monday you can have it back"", then they change their story to Tuesday. I am very disappointed in the way the business is conducted there, and after the fact we are now hearing everyone we talk to about Frontier they all say bad things about the place. I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from there.
