I?ˆ™ve been bringing my car to F&F Tire in Brookfield, near where I work, for years. The guys there are very friendly and I?ˆ™ve always been pleased with their work. I recently brought my wife?ˆ™s car in for an oil change, but on the subsequent oil change at another shop I was informed that my aluminum oil pan was stripped, likely due to the steel drain screw being over tightened. (This is more common than one might th... view moreink). Anyway, they told me the fix was to replace the oil pan. I said I?ˆ™d prefer to take it back to F&F Tire to get their opinion, but they told me the car wasn?ˆ™t safe to drive since the oil drain screw was loose and would leak oil and F&F Tire was not close by. I had the shop replace the oil pan, but I asked them to save it, so I could bring it to F&F Tire for inspection. The next day I brought the damaged oil pan, the receipt for the repair, and the receipt from my last oil change at F&F Tire to F&F Tire. I explained the whole thing to Wyatt. I was relieved to find that he did not become defensive, but instead took my concern to heart. He listened to the whole story and examined the oil pan. He showed true character, professionalism, and integrity and stood by me, the customer. Thanks to his help F&F Tire reimbursed me for the entire repair! The reality is we all occasionally make mistakes no matter how good you are. Their work had been outstanding up to this incident. How you handle mistakes shows your true character. Wyatt and F&F Tire are TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! This experience has left me even more confident in F&F Tire?ˆ™s ethincs, integrity, and professionalism. They are a great shop. I am a raving fan and I recommend them to everyone I know!!!!

Not to be trusted. The manager was deceptive and lied. Very stressful and time consuming dealing with them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE
Worst service ever! I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get my car in the shop. They weren`t even busy!! One guys wasn`t doing anything but smoking cigarettes. After I finally got my oil change done and I left, I got home and checked the oil and it was a quart low, checked the tires and they were all at different pressures. I went back and told them to fix it and the manager was just outright rude about it. Wha... view moret an @$$hole! Like I was in the wrong. If their ""ASE certified mechanics"" (that`s a joke, not to mention only one actually is!!) can screw up an oil change, I don`t want to see what would happen on a large repair. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy!

Two Strikes, You`re Out
After going there twice, and having them screw up both times, I can honestly say they are a joke. I wouldn`t let them work on a lawnmower let alone my car ever again. And when they offer you a free oil change to make up for their mistakes, RUN. The damage they will do to your car will cost more than an oil change would.

F&F Tire World at 410 N. Calhoun Road
My car was parked for two weeks in June 2009 at my brother`s house in Brookfield with the Emergency brake on--big mistake. When I retrieved it the brakes were permanently locked and I had to have it flat trucked for repair, so I sent it to nearby F & F Tire World across from Brookfield Square. The cable had to be cut at both rear wheels as the cable was frozen from the emergency brake lever all the way back to the... view more rear brakes. The diagnosis was correct and I agreed to have them replace and repair. When I picked the car up I tried the brake and noticed that it worked poorly. I had to leave for home and later found out from my local Ford Dealer that only the right rear wheel was engaged; the left not at all when the brake lever was pulled. I didn`t have him repair it as I think it should be done by F & F. I had sensed incompetence when dealing with them but have not had the occasion since to see if they would rectify it.
