I was very dissatisfied with t...

I was very dissatisfied with the service. When I arrived, Mike, asked me, "Do you have a reservation?" I told him that I did not and I asked him if there was anything available at that time? He replied, "Well, I can`t do anything if you don`t have a reservation" and then walked away. I asked him if he could provide me with a number from a nearby uhaul, he said, "There`s tons and tons of uhaul... view mores in Waukegan, I don`t have a number. Just call 1 800 UHAUL". I left the store and called to make a reservation for a different hour. When I went back into the store, I told him I had a reservation number. Mike replied, "Nope. That truck is being used, there`s nothing I can do for ya." (I want to comment that when he said this, he acted to ignore me by acting busy on the computer while whistling a tune). When I asked him about the truck that was sitting outside the store since I got there, he said that someone was already scheduled to pick it up. He called the customer to ask him if he was on his way and it turns out, the person that had reserved that truck, was already 45 minutes late in picking it up. Two weeks after I made another reservation 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE. They called me 2 days before to let me know that the truck would not be able and that my reservation was cancelled. NEVER will I go there again. I went to that store for the convinience of the location. They are very dissorganized and unwilling to help out a customer. I made note of the gentleman`s name, and he gave me his business card. Mike, is the general manager of the store. It demonstrates how the entire business is being handled when the manager has an arrogant and rude customer service.
