I have to agree on the terrible communication because I purchased my vehicle and was told to bring it to there garage two days later not only did the car leave me stranded the very day I brought it home but when I arrived to have it looked at they had no idea I was even told to be there and told me to bring it back in another couple days. I arrived back couple days later they forgot about it and yet again scheduled m... view moree again for couple days after that. Well I live twenty miles from parkersburg and within seven days of purchasing the vehicle I had drove the forty mile round trip four times. I wouldn`t have had to make these trips if they hadn`t sold me a big piece of junk. Within that first seven days we worked on tire rod, rack and pinion, starter, and brakes. When we would have them on the phone we were treated rudely. I wanted to give them there vehicle back forty eight hours after purchasing it and was told no and they did not care what so ever about the satisfaction of their customers. I also believe no. one used auto should be reported to the better business bureau and a stop put to all those lemons being put on our roads.

This place is just horrible, the cars are junk && they dont know your title is... I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!

This place has the worst commu...

This place has the worst communication skills between the owners and staff...they will harass customers about accounts and then learn that the staff and owners was incorrect after harassing the customer. They will share any and all your personal information to anyone. They sale cars that are in bad shape and they will not honor the warranty as they advertise. They are a bad business with bad people owning it and working there.
