Recognizing Service Members

I went to NTB to have a tire put on a rim for my car. Last summer I had new tires put on my car at Tire Kingdom in Daytona Beach FL. I did not know that NTB was associated with Tire Kingdom. The gentleman behind the counter said that it won`t be very much because there was a warranty or something on the tires. That I would only be paying for the mount. But what comes next is what I am writing about...I waited in the... view more lobby for an hour and a half. I didn`t mind, I had nothing else to do.
: ) A while later I seen my car pull around front with the new rim and tire. I was very pleased. The same guy brought me my keys and said that he had noticed a Marines car magnet on the back of my car. He asked if I had served in the Marines and of course I said yes. He then looked at me with the sincerest expression and as he handed me my keys, he said ""I want to thank you for your service to our country."" I couldn`t believe what I had just heard! I asked what the bill was and he said that ""it was taken care of as he thanked me again. I have been out of the Marines for over 10 years. And in those 10 yrs, I have ben thanked for my Military Service about 5 or 6 times. I have to admit it brought tears to my eyes and I walked out of that store a few inches taller and a whole lot prouder! I didn`t get his name, but I hope he realizes that he really made my day. : )
There needs to be more people in this country that thank our Veterans for their time defending our freedom.

Impressed with their service

I had an oil change done just because it was time for the change. About 3 days later I started leaking oil. I called and they told me to come back in, I pulled right in, no wait and they showed me I had a leak with my oil pan gasket. They showed me my problem and now I know what to do next. I would suggest having them take care of your car, the team is pleasant.

Excellent service

I stopped by with a flat tire near closing time last week. I was treated with respect and served immediately. Not only was the tire aired up, they found a nail and offered to repair it on the spot!

too slow

they are too slow even when you call them in take them one hour to answer a simple question
