Worst service ever! If I could choose to put zero stars I would. I paid a tow service for my car to be brought to H&H Auto so they could fix it. I paid $150 dollars for them to replace my 3 year old battery, because they said it was defective. I was able to drive my car home that day, but the very next day my car wasn`t working again. I called them and asked them if there was a way for them to pick up my car without ... view moreme having to pay for towing again. They came over a week later without notifying me. I had accidentally locked my keys in the car, so they were already in the vehicle. I came home to find them working on getting the keys out of my car, which was nice of them, but why didn`t they tell me they were picking up my car? I would have come home from work and found my car missing; I would have panicked! After they got my car back to their shop using a jump box, because of course it still wasn`t working for me. I had already tried jumping, but that didn`t work either. Somehow, however, a jump box worked for them. It`s been one month now and they haven`t touched my vehicle. It`s still sitting in the same spot it was when they first brought it there. I`ve inquired about the status, but they just blow me off. I`m not sure what they have to gain by just letting my car sit there, other than trying to get me to sell it to them so that they can auction it off for more money or something, but I`ve already found a different repair shop who says they can fix my car. H&H Auto has horrible communication skills, bad Customer Service, and are poor at fixing vehicles. They are not a very busy shop (now I know why), and they had plenty of time to at least take a look at my car and tell me what was wrong with it. Don`t take your cars to them!

Pulled in with a car issue was greeted promptly by 2 mechanics within minutes my car was fixed they only charged me a few bucks and ive since purchased a car from them had some issues with a diesel engine and had it towed to them the mechanic looked at me and smiled and said he would fix it much cheaper than the ford dealership charged me (its a 6.0) and when he was done it ran great and still does A++++++++

This place seemed like an okay place to buy a used car. When I got there the car looked great! They told me that there was nothing wrong with the car and I have had to replace several things so far. Then I paid for the car and they told me it would take 2 days til he got the title. I was waiting on a call back and never got one. We arranged a meeting and the guy never showed. I called back later that day and no answe... view morer. Weeks later I call again and the owner answered said e would call me back with a meeting place and never did. So they are very good at not calling people back. Be wherry.
