Don`t go! Overcharged for spar...

Don`t go! Overcharged for spark plugs! Had almost $1500 work done in May 2011 at what is now McCarthy Tire Service. Received call from them a couple of weeks later saying that I owed them more money due to mistake on invoice--I was charged for only one spark plug instead of 4. Checked invoice and noted price was $17.05. Called McCarthy back and asked how one spark plug cost $17.05 when cost at dealership was only $3-... view more4 per plug. Was told they used better plugs than dealer. They also admitted that they mark up cost of parts but that amounts to only $2 or so extra. Went back to shop to discuss invoice. Was told there that company pays about $6 per plug but they still to charge me something over $9 per plug. That meant they were adding marking up the price by an additional 50%. Apparently, to satisfy me, they were willing to take $9 per plug instead of $17 for the three plugs they said they didn`t charge me for. I paid the bill just to settle the matter. Actual markup was almost 200%! Had been using them for about 5 years but no more! Also, after car was returned, found rattle underneath car due to broken section of heat shield.
