When I wrecked my Cadiillac suv I just new it would never be the same again! Fancy vehicles come with fancy electronics and none of them worked, all the dash lights were on, the air bags blown and the dash had big scratches. The wheel was bent and the front, side and some of the back looked beyond repair. Of course with insurance companies, it was close to being a total salvage but not close enough so they wanted to ... view morerepair it. I thought who could repair this heep and still have it look nice and run like a Cadillac should? I was stressed! I felt like I was getting a bad deal from my insurance co. My husband and I found Duncan`s Body Shop online while researching the best palce to try and tackle this heeps repairs so we could try and sell it. Who want to pay a big monthly car payment for something thats been destroyed? Long story put short...After Mike Duncan`s repairs, you would NEVER know it had been scratched! Also, I think it may acctually run and drive better than before the wreck! Before the wreck I had some vibration issues around 70 in the sterring wheel and the dealer could not seem to fix the problem but its gone now thanks to Mike Duncan. I`m an interior desinger and attention to detail, especially paint detail, is what I do best. It was so refreshing to meet someone who takes pride in the work they do and cares about you, the customer, because this is rare. I never write reviews but decided to take the time because Mike Duncan took some of the stress out of a very stressfull situation. I hope this review helps someone avoid some of the stresses of trying to repair a vehicle. Oh, and I`m keeping my caddy. It`s not for sale. Thank You Duncan`s Body Shop and Mike Duncan!
