They fixed the choke on my El Camino and I haven`t had any problems with it since. Also fixed my door pins. If you have a classic or vintage car, they have a pretty good mechanic for you there.

I had to deal with this towing...

I had to deal with this towing company for my daughter who is a Marshall student. The business she works at shares a lot with another business but her business doesnt open till late evening and she wasnt aware that she couldnt use it until after 4 pm so she parked there and just as Thompsons was pulling off with her car her boss came out to tell them to please not tow and they ignored him so they could get the out... view morerageous fee of $115.00 for towing 2 blocks ore less! This was in my opinion highway robbery and I want everyone to know how this business practices! We tried to talk to them and get the fee reduced but apparently they are so desperate for business that they would not budge on the fee. Needless to say we had to pay the fee to get her car. You would think knowing she was a student trying to work and go to school that they would have had some compassion but you could tell that the money was all that was important to them so I just want everyone to be aware that they are a business with only one mission and that is the all mighty dollar no matter what and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone needing a tow!!

Very Helpful

My son was broke down at the bus station at 1.am. in Huntington, WV. This service was the one that was understanding and helpful. Thompson`s Auto Service answered at this time in the morning. Professional and customer service was excellent.
