Don`t buy anything here. It is a big rip off. You can get anything they sell on line at much better prices. Their customer service is terrible. I bought some floor mats here after purchasing a brand new vehicle. I was impatient and excited about buying the new car and made a mistake in telling them which kind of floor mats I needed. I paid them $200.00 bucks for these floor mats. When they arrived, they would not fit... view more correctly. I just thought that is how they were, but after getting home I discovered that they were the incorrect ones. I left the boxes the floor mats came in at Gold Touch and they threw them away. I contacted them and they said they would not let me return them without the original box. I called Weathertech (who made the floor mats) and they said they would send me a box. I called Gold Touch back, and they then said that they would have to charge me a restocking fee of 29%, and that they still could not tell me if they would take them back anyway, but when I got the box, to come down there and they would see what they could do. Right after I got off the phone, Weathertech called me back and said they would let me return the mats directly to them and that they would send me another set which would be correct for my car. I was so thankful!! Anyway, if I would`ve ordered them direct from Weathertech, I would`ve been able to return them no problem (without the original box even) and I would`ve paid a lot less for them (I could`ve even got free shipping!!!) So, do not buy anything from Gold Touch or you could be sorry you will also be out more money than if you would`ve just ordered them on-line). They obviously don`t give a damn about their customers after they get your money. I feel sorry for a great company like Weathertech (also called Macneil Automotive) because such a crappy place like Gold Touch sells their products and then soils their reputation by treating their customers they way I was treated. Avoid them at all costs!!!

DONE RIGHT

I own a 2007 Mustang I bought for show and pleasure. I purchased my entire exterior aftermarket accessories from gold touch. I took the parts (Rear window louver, side window louvers, hood & side scoops,) to my local Ford dealership (Andy Clark Princeton WV) for factory match painting. When the parts were ready they were installed according to the manufacture instructions using double sided tape where it was called... view more for. Within a few days the rear window louver came off the car. My ford dealer body shop repainted and repaired the damage to the louver and offered to re-install the louver without any charges. I thanked them for the work and told them; I felt the manufacturer install method was wrong and I wanted to take it back to Gold Touch where I had purchased it. I talked to Mrs. Wangegar; she without question told me that they would be happy to install the louver at no charge. The manufacturer install method was totally wrong, it took Gold Touch?ˆ™s expertise to get the install right; the final result was outstanding. With Mrs. Wangegar?ˆ™s additional consulting on exterior accessories I have received scores of positive remarks from car show professionals and general public alike on my Mustang. Gold Touch has helped me create an elegant custom show Mustang. I am proud of the work they did for me and would highly recommend them to all my friends.

Unpleasant

I recently spent close to $500 with this company. Some of the parts I purchased started to come back off. Most all of it is only held on with double sided tape anyway. I took my vehicle back to them and they "fixed" it. I was happy untill I got home and found that before I made it home it is allready coming back off, and the parts are now scratched up. I will never do business with Gold Touch again, nor would I recomend anyone else who values their time and vehicle to patronize this establishment.
