Don`t buy here. Go to neighboring state. This company is discourteous, misleading and provides overall poor customer service. I have bought 2 cars here and have felt like they had their hand in my pocket the entire time. Initially I was mislead as to coverage on the First Class Appearance Package which was costly and worthless and then when I sold the cars they were slow to refund and refused to refund any of the... view more pre-paid maintenance costs I bought separately at the dealers recommendation

I was in the market for a specific car that Smith sold, so we went to the lot to speak with a salesman thinking he would give us some information as to whether the vehicle we wanted was negotiable. He kind of led us in circles and would talk about negotiating the price until finally we started to leave, so he called his manager to see if the price was negotiable, after a long time, he basically said that it wasn`t ne... view moregotiable (what?? at a car lot?) So we left. After searching for another car, we decided to call the salesman from Smith back and ask if they would accept X amount for the car. He was so rude, just like before, and said "I`m not going to keep running hypotheticals to my manager and annoying him about this car". WOW. I was shocked that someone would behave that way. We were ready to buy but he wouldn`t work with us. It isn`t like we kept asking for all of these crazy favors or prices, we were just trying not to over pay for a car that was already way overpriced. We were just trying to do what any person does when they are buying a car, NEGOTIATE a FAIR price. If they can`t be bothered with hypotheticals then I don`t know how they sell cars, because that is all buying a car is- hypotheticals about what it would take to get the car sold. After this we were finished with that car lot, it was ridiculous how they behaved, but then the guy had the nerve to call me every other morning for about a week trying to sell me a different car- that was also overpriced.
