Extremely poor service

I feel like my vehicle has been confisicated! It was towed to them on 4/16/13, now 34 days later they still have yet to fix my vehicle. This is an insurance claim so yes they have already been paid. They did not order my engine until 11 days after the adjuster provided them with all ordering info. They never called me explaing any issues & provided with a 2 week window from 4/25 Leaving the estimated completion t... view moreimeframe of 5/9/13. After numerous follow up calls to them every excuse was placed on my insurance provider (who has done everything correctly & well documented). They have lied reptively to myself, adjuster, & Chrysler customer relations. Their excuses to me...."your insurance company did not give us permission to order the engine & won`t return our calls," to my adjuster the next day...."there was a miscommunication between our service & parts department," Chrysler customer relations... "We had an engine here the day the vehicle arrived but the insurance company refused it." All of it....LIES!! I strongly recommend seeking a different service department even if it is out of your way.

I love chackett

Best experience ever!!! Bought my Grand Cherokee about a year ago and absolutely love it!!! Everytime I bring it to chackett for service, it`s nothing but top notch service. They treat me like family!!!

car issues

unbelievable! U rip me off with a crapper. Then u say u are going to make it right, but its come down to getting an attorney to get it done. Everything is bad on this car yet ur mechanics actually passed it for state inspections. even after $3000 in repairs out of my pocket, the car still isnt able to pass an inspection and isnt even considered safe to drive. U put us in a cubicle and tell us someone will be with us.... view more 35 minutes later no one has even acknowledged us. Dont go to Hackett for a vehicle. They have terrible customer service, their mechanics have no clue what they are doing, and if you give them half a chance they will most definetly sell you a piece of garbage and not feel a bit if remorse for it.

Well for one I have to say I hate going anywhere that involves cars anymore because you get treated different and suckered into things more when your a female without the knowlege about cars..I heard about the deal they had for trade in cars which was I think $3,000 guaranteed so I went over in hopes for a more reliable car.. Well the ONLY thing they could give me was a brand new 2011 dodge caliber .. that was the on... view morely thing the banks could finance me in and my payments a month are ridiculous! But I was in desperate need for a car and this caliber isn`t fully loaded or anything for what I paid for it which was $25,000 in September of 2011 and now they have a deal going for a brand new 2012 for $16,900 which makes me feel like an idiot .. I am already having problems with the car and it only had 78 miles when I bought it and I am almost too scared to take it their to get it fixed .. and you want to talk about professionalism they let me drive off the lot without paying my down payment or having insurance and last time I checked it was illegal.. I would reccommend to anyone to take their business elsewhere.. just because they have flashy advertisements doesn`t do jack because the fat bald guy is just going to screw you over just like myself and everybody else!

c.hackett is a bad choice

I bought a used ford focus 4 months ago. I did`t make it a block away when the ac and check engine light came on. took it back, and they said they would fix the problem. well they fixed the ac after 3 months. check engine still on. so i took it to another mechanic. geibels auto told me rear end is gone, transmission ready to go, and computer is fried. so i called hackett. they told me since i took it to another mecha... view morenic its my problem now. i would not recomend c. hackett to anyone. not even an enemy.

of course they are going to be...

of course they are going to be awesome and great when purchasing the vehicle, but they are MONSTERS after the deal is done. i purchased TWO new cars in April, and since then no one returns phone calls or emails about repairs on the vehicle. i had to drive one car down there twice to get a dent out of the hood and every time i had an appointment, they couldnt do the job.... then they send a referral check after 3 mont... view morehs, and dont even sign the damn check! are you serious?!?!?! i will NEVER recommend anyone there or go there again!!!!!
