I BROUGHT IN MY 1981 FORD F-150 TO ANSWERED PRAYER COLLISION CENTER TO SEE IF STU STILL HAD A TRICK LEFT IN HIS HAT FOR AN OLD BEAT UP P/U.I GUESS THE TRICK WAS ON ME. I HONESTLY THOUGHT HE HAD BORROWED A SIMILAR P/U THAT WAS ""GARAGE KEPT CHERRY "" JUST TO MESS W/ ME.MUCH TO MY SUPRISE AND JOY; THAT CHERRY TRUCK WAS MINE. IT TOOK HIM THREE DAYS LONGER THAN WHAT HE FIRST HAD SAID,BUT, WHEN I SAW HOW MUCH DETAIL HE W... view moreENT TO I SURE DIDN`T MIND THE 3 EXTRA DAYS.NOT ONLY DID HE MAKE THAT TRUCK STRAIGHT,THE PAINT JOB WAS FLAWLESS.FOR THE PRICE HE CHARGED ME, I HAD EXPECTED THE PAINT TO LOOK LIKE THE PAINT JOBS I`VE HAD DONE AROUND THE WESTON AREA.IN FACT, HE LOOKED QUITE SURPRISED WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THAT VERY P/U HAD BEEN PAINTED JUST 4 OR 5 YEARS AGO BY STATE FARMS "" SERVICE FIRST "" PREFERED SHOP THAT THE CLAIMS DEPT. HAD SUGGESTED.S.F. TOLD ME ON THE PHONE THAT IF I BROUGHT IT TO SOMEONE OUTSIDE THEIR ""NETWORK"" THAT THEY COULDN`T GUARANTEE THAT BODY SHOPS WORK,WHICH LED ME TO BELIEVE THAT IF I DID BRING IT TO ONE OF THEIR SHOPS THEY WOULD GUARANTEE THE WORKMANSHIP.WHAT A LOAD OF ---- THAT WAS. I WAS NEVER HAPPY THE PAINT LOOKED DINGEY AND LIFELESS PLUS THEY HAD MISSED ALOT OF THE DINGS THAT WERE CAUSED BY THIS HAILSTORM THAT HAD LED ME TO THIS CLAIM IN THE FIRST PLACE. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE; THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED THE ROOF EVENTHO THEY WERE PAYED TO REPAIR AND REFINISH IT.THRUOUT THE NEXT MONTH I CONTACTED S.F. AT LEAST 15 TIMES AND THE BODYSHOP AT LEAST 10 TIMES.TWICE THEY HSD ME COME OUT AND HAVE A MEETING BETWEEN ALL 3 PARTIES JUST TO FIND OUT THAT THE 2 OTHER PARTIES WORKED 2GETHER,AGAINST ME.SO, WHEN I SAW A.P. COMMERCIAL ON TV AND STU SAID ,"" NO INSURANCE COMPANY GUARANTEES MY WORK, I GUARANTEE IT MYSELF,"" I TOLD MY WIFE THAT WE WOULD BE BRINGING THE OL` TRUCK INTO ANSWERED PRAYER.AND GUESS WHAT,NOT ONLY DID HE FIX THE STUFF THAT JUMPED OUT ON YOU, HE ALSO FIXED THE DENTED UP ROOF THAT H---S HAD ARGUED W/ ME SO PROFUSELY ABOUT. IF THERE WAS A 6TH STAR ON THIS REVIEW,APCC WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A 6 STAR REVIEW.THANK YOU STU AND JANET GOODMAN FOR A JOB DONE OVER AND ABOVE WHAT WAS EXPECTED.

Not Very Christian!

My step daughter bought a 1999 chevy suburban off this man for 2,500 down and 250 a month. Her fiance is is serving our country and she has a 2yr old and goes to college full time. She was never late on a payment until this month and was 15 days late and planned to pay it today. This morning she woke up to find her vehicle gone, called 911 and was told it had been reposessed without any prior notice. She contacted St... view moreu at Answered Prayer and was told by him that a repo company had it and he had to call them. He would not give her the name or number of the company and told her he would get back to her. I called the 911 dispatch and was given Answered Prayers name and phone number as the person claiming to have reposessed it . When I called he was busy with a customer and I spoke with a woman who said she would have him contact me. Ashley received a call moments later from Stu who said he spoke with me personally and I told him how to run his life, untrue I have never spoken with Stu and have never cared how he runs his life. The Magistrate in Lewis County has been contacted and charges are pending.
