They set me up to come out and look at a vehicle they had one in stock. I got out there they offered me 4500.00 trade in for my vehicle that booked for 15,000. I ask why so low they said there was just not a big call for those vehicles and that they couldnt get me approved that I probaly should just look elsewhere. I went to my bank and ask for a loan while I already had a vehicle loan they done the paper work and I ... view morewas approved for 21,000.00 I just had to go pick the vehicle. I put 4,000 with it and got me a Prius C and I suggest you go to Advantage Toyota if you want a Toyota or Scion because these people have a notorious history of damaging cars while working on them and also being over NADA on some models becuase they say the market allows for those cars to sale more then NADA because of demand ? I dont think so no car is worth more than it list for. And you can forget a call back if your not perfect credit and ready to pay 100% of the asking price take your business elsewhere. Just because they have a that big display room dont make them a good deal. Customers paid for that building in the markup they use on the crap trade they give but I sure did notice they wanted NADA for every used car they had out there. I talked to someone who had recently traded in his car there and they gave him 8,000 for it, they marked it up to 14,900 and offered it to me for 14,000 cash. I played dumb on it and said I wasnt approved but thanked them for their time. But trying to make 6,000 on that car is crazy. I just had 3 really bad experiences there and know a few people that also had bad experiences and I can say Im glad each one was bad for me because I never purchased there and dont have those regrets Im sorry for those who have and have to deal with being overcharged each time they need something fixed on their clunkers. I think we need a new Toyota dealer in the area because Fannins is abusing the market and the trip to Barboursville was worth it.

Stay as far away as you possibly can, I was told I was approved on a car and it was parked away for when I brought in the down payment, so I sold my car and took it in, to only find out they had to patch my app. to get it approved with the bank, they found out they couldn`t do it and the bank would check. So they yanked me around with a bunch of BS acting like they had it under control and it was nothing, then they s... view moreaid they would deliver the car the next day. So the next day I called I couldn`t get a answer on the ladys cell but she did however txt me and say everything was fine, but only later to find out it wasn`t I was then directed I should check with another car lot about getting a car because it could take some time to get this to go through. So not only am I rideless bc of their BS. I am prob gonna lose my job as well over it. Thanks Fannins! For Nothing!!!
