Don`t take your vehicle there, they will gain your trust and rip you off. I used to go there all the time for repairs until I started getting suspicious about their work. The last time I took my car there I went for my yearly state car inspection. They failed me because they said I needed a brake job. I didn`t believe it because I had a brake job done by another shop not too long ago. I took it to my regular mec... view morehanic at another shop to verify what they said and he told me it was not true, there was nothing wrong with my brakes and his shop passed my car for state inspection. What really gets me about that day I took my car to Cupp`s is that Hap Cupp was wearing a christian t-shirt that day and I was lied to.........

crappy customer service

The woman at the service desk either was having a bad day or just doesnt know how to be pleasant or know about good customer service. very unpleasant and i would never take my vehicles there if i had to deal with her. sad actually because no matter how good they are they can push away a future client just by making a customer feel like they are a bother.

not to b trusted

they put a cb joint on my car i got my out had it run for today days and the part fell a call them ask them to come in fix it they say that it wasn`t their responsible but if i wanted them to fix it would b another 500 .
