This place is a joke!!

On Wednesday after waking up to a busted out rear glass in our 2004 pickup truck, we found this business to be a great price. We were quoted $196.00 for a new slider glass (before tax). We scheduled the appointment for the next day between 11am and 12:30pm. On Thursday we never recieved a call and finally had to call Crystal Auto Glass to find out that apparently the parts were not delivered in the "morning delive... view morery". The owner said he would give us a call on Friday morning to possibly do the work if weather permitted. The information the owner had on his current work orders were not organized at all. He had our phone number and address totally wrong. I have no idea what he was trying to do. Friday comes and morning passes with NO call. Finally at 2pm he calls to use the excuse of "its still raining". I am sure he sensed my total disappointment because he later called to have us meet him at a "garage" in Winchester. I unfortunately was unable to go with my fiancee in order to be sure of the work being done but now I regret not going because after quoting us the price on a SLIDER GLASS my boyfriend comes home with a regular single pane of glass in his window. Therefore the product we intended on was not what was installed and sold to us. This is very a poor business practice and I plan to never use this company ever again even if the price seems right. I trusted this individual but now not only did we have to deal with the vandalism upon our vehicle now we have to also deal with being cheated. Would have been nice of this gentleman to be considerate due to our circumstances.
