Although Big K`s has fine craftsmanship, they have poor time management and lack a definitive answer when asked specifics. I brought my car to them after an accident because Nationwide insurance told me they were a blue ribbon shop. I called them the next business day to find out the estimate and was told it would take about 50 hours of labor. 4 1/2 weeks later I am still waiting for my car. Every time I call the... view morem they are giving me more reasons why they can`t finish my car. Part of that could be because THEY DON`T WORK ON FRIDAYS! Their explanations for the delays were poor and different every time I talked to them. If you are looking to get your car fixed and back to you in a reasonable amount of time, take it anywhere but Big K`s.
