Thanks for nothing!

I am a Hancock, MD resident, and was in Frederick with my 3 kids onSaturday, March 13, 2:30 in afternoon, during rain, when my driverside wiper malfunctioned, got caught up in passengerside wiper and broke it. A man at a gas station recommended Pep Boys. I was told that it wasn`t a good day to sit and wait with kids, it would be better to make an appointment. HELLO! Raining, no wipers, hour drive ahead of me - an... view mored the kids are with me. I was told "Oh, well. Have a nice day."
