I called Hutch`s for a simple ...

I called Hutch`s for a simple tow off of a paved road not too far from where they are located. I tell the woman what kind of truck it is, the color and my phone number. She was having a very difficult time and kept asking me what kind of vehicle it was. She also couldn`t understand my phone number so I told her one digit at a time, and she still didn`t get it! It was bizzare behavior. Finally she put me on hold and a... view more man answers the phone. He was having some trouble but after about 10 minutes he seemed to have a grasp on the type of vehicle and my phone number. When I told him where the truck was he told me he couldn`t get it there because of the snow. (Less than 2 inches) I was furious! I have heard these people are crooks and one thing I can tell you for certain is that they don`t know what the heck they are doing. The only logical assumption I came up with is that they are either not all there in the head or on drugs, and based off of the bizzare behavior I am leaning towards drugs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, call a wrecker in Charleston and save yourself a backwoods headache.

This is the worst place ever. They stole everything from our transport truck. Even things that were bolted down they unbolted and took them for themselves. They are a bunch of crooks and should be closed down. Filthy hillbilly people. I really hope Karma bites you all in the A$$

Don`t use this place. They tell you a price on the phone and double it when it comes times to pay. Get it in writing. They will go through your car while your not there . They took a rifle out of my truck along with a trailer hitch and they will say it`s" so it doesn`t get stolen" but I found my possessions in their employees car.
