I went for repairing door dent, paint and polish. My car is white in color. The paint they used was clearly different from the original color. It looked like there were two different shades of white on the side of car. And even the polish they did seemed like they had done nothing at all. There wasn`t any difference before and after polish. And when we asked to send them the bill, they did not send. After asking the... view morem again aftre few days for it they said we have sent. After putting lots of pressure to give the bill they somehow made it and gave it to us. And the worst part was they didnt even remember the quote they had given for complete repair. They just abruptly decreased the paid amount in the bill. Though we had paid much more than that. They wanted us to pay more. On top of it they were obviously very rude and had no concern for any thing which made really difficult to deal with them. So this is the reason I wont suggest anyone specially with a paint and polish repair to visit them. They are ok with the dent repair. I really regret going to them to repair my Mercedes.

Hopeless collision shop. She c...

Hopeless collision shop. She couldn t provide quote for my car even after 4 days just saying lame excuses like printer not working, computer problem. I trusted her and had to search for another to fix my car. Don t recommend to any one. Later I cam e to know through one of my friend that the fix they have done to his car lead him to other problems. The workshop environment looks so awkward. Best Price, Personalized Service, Quality Work

Don`t pay twice as much for the same thing. M&M does fine work for so much less than places like A-1 Collision, that it`s hard to understand how they make a profit. Armando personally discusses your car with you, Johanna manages everything on the biz side - they are a great team. If you prefer personalized service over chains, and don`t mind being a proactive customer (there is minimal office staff at M&M) this is th... view moree place for you. If you want to save even more, request used parts instead of new. My repair took a bit longer than I was told, but it looked great and i liked that they cleaned my car for me inside and out. I`ll definitely bring my car here if it ever needs any more autobody work. Thanks for being there, M&M!
