Quick and Courteous!

I went into the shop afraid of the damage to my wallet, but they really worked hard to keep the price as low as they could. They kept me updated and cut me deals wherever they could. They even rotated my tires for free! They were courteous and quick. I`ll be getting my oil changed here too from now on.

Poor customer service

I waited while the manager had a conversation with his son`s school while his son squirmed in the chair in the waiting room.

I told the manager what work I need in order of priority, low beams didn`t work, maintenance required light was on, oil needed changing and a tire rotation in that order. They took the car and started rotating the tires. I reminded the manager of my priorities and he got really rude wit... view moreh with me. He actually glared at me! Gave me really dirty looks. I took my car and left, never to return.
