Mike (the VW / Audi guy) seems like a nice guy but, with that said, I would not take my car to him again and would advise you not to either. I originally took my car to him because my battery kept dying and there was a leak I needed fixed. I told him I didn`t think the problem was with my battery, but he insisted it just had a bad cell so I paid him to replace it, he also `fixed` the leak. On top of that he found ... view moreother `issues` that needed to be fixed and it ended up being a very expensive trip. A week later i realized the leak wasn`t fixed and took my car back, and he `fixed` the leak again, and charged me a little more. About a week later my brand new battery died and my car sat in my driveway for a month or so. When i get around to trying to fix the battery again I find out that the leak was never fixed and my car is full of mold. Frustrated I charge my battery, and take the car back to Mike. He finds a new place where the leak could be and wants to charge me to fix it, he also says that he thinks my battery had died because of moisture... it`s a weak later now, my battery is dead again, obviously there is a problem with my car and he`s just not able to find it, or isn`t putting in the time to find it. So yeah, avoid this shop, unless you want to spend around a grand and not have anything fixed.

A RARE find-You`ll LOVE these guys!

Finding a mechanic that you trust and prices their work fairly is a rare find-Specialty Auto Care IS that place. Mark is knowledgeable, friendly , and humble. They saved me over $250 for parts and labor from several other shops-so IF you have to service your beast-THESE are the guys to call! (This is not a paid advertisement and I am NO relative of anyone there!:) )

Honest Shop, Expert Knowledge

This shop is not cheaper than other shops. The prices are standard. However, the difference is that Mark is an ethical, trustworthy, honest mechanic and businessman. Mark is the shop owner and also the Nissan Specialist. His knowledge is expert-level. He will tell you what is actually happening with your car and make recommendations for care.

The only auto shop you`ll ever want to go to!

I have been to many repair shops over the years and Specialty Auto is the ONLY shop I`ve ever wanted to return to. Mark, who works in the Nissan department is extremely pleasant and honest. I have been back many times and he always has been very upfront with me. I initially went because the price to replace my axle was significantly better there than any other shop. Great service!

I`ve been in here a lot, unfortunately, due to an unruly automobile. The good news is, in spite of all the break-downs and problems my car has thrown at me, I always feel confident in the work, service, and follow-up I`ve received here. Talk to Mark, he`s a great guy.
