Very rude. My daughter broke down 20 miles from Ellensburg on Friday of Labor Day weekend and called AAA for a tow. She was taken to C V and told by a worker that someone would look at her car tomorrow (Saturday). After waiting all day, she finally called and the man who drives the tow truck answered, telling her ""I don`t know who told you that, but we aren`t open on Saturdays"", with no apologies for any misunderst... view moreandings. I called and the man was very rude and short with me as well. These two things caused us some concern, but being at AAA approved business, I didn`t want to make up my mind too quickly. I called on Tuesday, told the manager what had happened and ended up being called names, and receiving no hint of apologies for even a misunderstanding. I wanted to go in and hopefully know that ""everything`s cool...we understand why you would have been concerned."" Didn`t happen that way. Hopefully the man was having a bad day and this is not his usual treatment of customers.
