$99/hour for labor?!? 2.5 hours to put on a BELT?!? Keep looking. I wish this place had more accurate reviews on here. I only chose it because it had so many stars and was making a rush decision.

I have a crap car and these guys have been nothing less than fantastic in keeping it running well. They are honest about pricing, thoughtful in helping me set maintenance priorities, and have never pushed unnecessary service. Just as importantly, they don`t talk down to me because I`m a woman. Really good

I stopped by this place about 90 minutes before they closed to get a headlight installed and they were swamped. I tried my luck anyway and was told it might be an hour. I didn`t want to locate another shop (even though I saw it was busy and close to closing for the day) so I waited. I was out the door in less than 15 minutes, and since I supplied the bulb, they waived the installation fee for me. I will definitel... view morey come back for any/all work I need done on my car. The other thing that is great about this shop is all the reviews on here are actually done by customers, not by employees from the shop--which happens a lot of this review sites. I would recommend them to anyone, which is rare because normally I don`t recommend anything!

Great value and helpful advice

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and can`t recommend them highly enough. They are always very open about costs and time to complete work, as well as suggesting a cheaper or better way of doing things. This has led me to keep coming back. All of the guys working there have been friendly, fair, and fast to communicate with me. Please don`t hesitate to give them your business.

Found An Honest Mechanic!

I`ve been to my share of bad mechanics to know that I have found an honest and fair shop with Scholls Ferry Automotive. I have referred them to many friends and will continue to do so.

Their front office personnel are very helpful and always answer my concerns. I have checked out their prices and have found them to be in line and reasonable.

They have informed me of parts that were under warranty an... view mored therefor no charges were applied. They also let me know of savings when work wasn`t needed even though it was included in the estimate.

This is a very friendly and honest shop.

Very nice, dependable, real

The guys at Scholls Ferry Automotive, they are fantastic. I take not only my personal cars there but I had my daughter take her car there as well. I would send any one of my friends and family to these guys.
They are real. They are honest. They have always listened to my questions and given me an answer that I can understand.

Always prompt

These guys are the reason my car is still running! I`ve been taking my car to Scholl`s Ferry Automotive for the past 10 years. They`ve done everything from tune-ups, to oil changes to replacing fan belts and my catalytic converter. Never had any issues with overpricing and I`ve always received fantastic customer service. These guys are the best, I`m not kidding!

I`ve been to many shops before and I felt like they would always talked down to me like I`m an idiot. Grant it, I am an idiot when it comes to cars, but that doesn`t mean I want to be treated like one. The counter guys Kris and Gabe are the best! Almost burned

I took my older car there (1996 model)) that was running roughly. The mechanic told me that I needed to replace two catalytic converters because they had burned up and gave me a estimate of about $1600. I was disappointed as I thought maybe I could get a few more years from this car for my high school-aged child. I sought a second opinion from a local muffler shop. He initially quoted me $560.00 for the same con... view moreverter work BUT found the converters to be in perfect order!!!! The second shop made repairs to the cooling system for about $250.00. I passed DEQ today so I`m sure Scholl`s Ferry Automotive diagnosis was full of BS. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THESE FOLKS. They are overpriced and either incompetent or dishonest as well.
