I had much respect for this dealership at first. Why all the sudden change of heart you ask? Let me explain mysefl, I went in talked to my sales man personal aka Les. Real nice cool guy. He said he had gaved me the best deal in a brand new dodge charger that i personally couldnt beilieve, being the first buying a car that is. It was a really good offer that I couldnt pass up. He was eager and persiant to get me in th... view moree car and told me he didnt know about any more discoounts at all. I asked several times and by the third time he seem annoyed and upset i kept asking. He`s response was your finance guy will answere and do all i that. I only sell you the car. weird right? oh well. The finane was phenominal, he actully made me feel like i was at home. Dude was good and excellent in his profesionalism. I can honestly say if it wsnt for him I would have never bought a car there. The only discount that i received was a damn rebate? if you ask me thats no discount thats just bs. That upset me pretty much all day. Than not even a two weeks later. I see a commercial for dogde with 0 percent interests for 72 months. That only made me more upset. Not even a month later. I go on their website http://www.nwjeep.com/index.htm. And find out they got the newer model? thats where i drew the line. I called spoke to the manager and expressed myself to him. Honesly I dont think he even cared by the tone of his voice. Whats my point? For being Number one is customer satisfaction you`d think they`d inform of things like a newer model is arriving in a couple of weeks. You should wait so we can get you a bette offer on this current model. We are talking about saving thousanthds of dollars here people wouldnt you be upset too? I also feel being family owned they`d want you to come back right? i sure am not. After i finish paying my car never stopping here ever! Just want to make sure you know if your buying a car here remember. ONLY REBATES FOR DISCOUNT NO OTHER DISCOUNTS. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT THEM INFORMING YOU ABOUT SAVING MONEY. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!

I`ve bought a lot of new vehicles over the years. Last week I purchased a new 2013 Wrangler Unlimited `Freedom Edition` at NW Jeep. My sales rep, Bill B., treated me professionally, friendly, knew his product, and did not play games. Likewise Sean in Finance. It`s refreshing to do business in this manner. If you want an honest and square deal this is the place to go. Todd, the salesman I did business with, and I did most of the pre-sale business online as I live too far from NWJ to make more than one trip in. We discussed all the options, the condition of both the Mustang GT I bought and my trade in. Forty something years, we`ve been ""Ford

Forty something years, we`ve been ""Ford People"". But, we tow a large RV and found ourselves looking for a Diesel and hopefully better mileage. We found NWJCD and Osita Nwokeduru (OC). What a guy!! We`re not sure if we were sold on the Ram 2500, or just OC. His honesty and sense of humor are out of this world and totally unexpected. We wanted running boards and mud flaps. Not a problem for them. In and out all in about four hours. A great experience all around!

Great Car Buying Experience

Initiated car buying experience via internet. Dealer was quick to reply with information regarding vehicle and scheduled test drive. Sales people were knowledgeable and accommodating. Fantastic car buying experience!

We have purchased 2 vehicles from nwjcd. One about 8 years ago, and one this past weekend. We went car shopping with our 3 children , which is usually a disaster. This weekend it was very smooth, each person we dealt with at nwjcd provided exceptional customer service, were friendly, and really went out of their way to make it a seemless transaction. Great Experience Buying Used Car

We needed to replaced a totaled car on short notice, we found a really good deal on Craig`s List at NW Jeep on a Honda CR-V. Ben Sterrenberg the salesman was very helpful. He did a couple of things above and beyond so the next time I need a car I will call him at NW Jeep.

They are not honest on used car sales

I did get a good trade in value for my car..HOWEVER , DO NOT buy a used car from this place. My sales lady was totally UNknowledgeable, said she had a car fax and she did and also told me that they go through their used cars and if there is something wrong they would tell the customer....I liked 1 car in particular, i got there to see it, looked pretty nice, my dealer said she had just drove it and it done great and ... view moredidnt know of anything wrong with this used vehichle. I crawled under it and found alot of problems under neath and puddles of oil under neath. my dealer explained that she had no idea..HOWEVER she said they go through the used vehichles..NOT TRUE Better yet she said but it anyway and just start adding oil until when ever..what a thing for a dealer to say. im sure she would not do this her self...She said anything to make a sell....I did find another used car, high on miles but clean as best as i can tell it was cleaned inside and under neath looked clean.H0wever i found out they gave the under neath a bath and the next day when i got up to drive this truck i know why they washed it. IT was covered in oil under neath and has a bad leak some where. I called and asked about this and i was told by her, my dealer oops i didnt know anything about this..so the truth is,most of their used cars are dirty inside and out, no one really knows the truth about thier used cars, and no one really goes through them at all, and if they do and find a problem they dont tell the customer...sadly i found this out to late...now here goes the money i get to spend to repair oil leaks right off the bat. I did expect some little troubles on a high mileage trade in but be honest..
