Excelent, highly reccomend

I had an issue with some belts and stuff on my truck. They went through all my options so that I could get what I wanted for an appropriate price. Very clear, helpful, HONEST, and very friendly. My roommate recommended them as being very good and I wholeheartedly agree. This is my mechanic from now on. Very good price (for me) as well :) :) :) :) :)

An Honest Mechanic!!

Ray is a great mechanic who doesn`t hesitate to explain both the problem and the potential solutions to those of us who aren`t so knowledgeable. He stands behind his work and his charges are always reasonable. He`s done excellent work on each of my four cars over the past 10 years and I have NEVER been surprised by charges for unauthorized work, unlike some other shops. Integrity, integrity, integrity.

I blew out a serpentine belt on my minivan and just happened to be right down the street from Ray. They had it up and running in no time and could have charged me $450 for a factory modification, but they did the cost effective thing and just replaced the belt and adjusted the tensioner, all for $89. Best mechanic in town !!!

I`ve been taking my cars there for a few years and every time its just clear communications and to the point. I have had to wait a few days to get in considering its only ray, but definitely worth the wait(maybe)

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

TOOK VEHICLE IN FOR OVERHEATING CONDITION. I WAS TOLD $350 TO REPAIR; GOT VEHICLE BACK, AND IT STILL OVERHEATED. CALLED THE SHOP AND WAS TOLD TO BRING BACK IN BECAUSE THEY MIGHT HAVE BROKEN A CLAMP. HAD IT TOWED IN, CALLED NEXT MORNING, AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS ALL DONE, AND THE BILL WAS $250. I TOLD HER THAT I DIDN`T AUTHORIZE ANY WORK, AS I AM BROKE. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD MAKE PAYMENTS ON A REPAIR THAT I DIDN`... view moreT AUTHORIZE. AS I PROCEEDED TO TELL HER THAT I DON`T HAVE ANY MONEY, SHE ASKED WHAT SHE SHOULD DO.
