Terrible Hyundai Dealer
This has to be one of the worst Hyundai dealerships I`ve ever been to. The service people seem more intent on selling overpriced parts rather than service. My wife and I bought a Santa Fe from this dealer and found the dealer to be pretty shady. They attempted to change the price of the car at the last minute, so be very careful when dealing with them. As for the service, after having the car for only 4000 miles,... view more one of the tires went flat. We took the car back to the service center but they spent a day looking for a leak and not able to find it. They refilled the tire and put it back on the car, but by the next morning, it was going flat again. My wife took the car back in and they ""found"" a shard of stone in the sidewall and proceeded to tell her that they would not cover this kind of damage and she would need to buy a new tire. Now, I would never buy a tire from a dealership, but since I was sleeping (working night shift) they hard sold the tire to my wife, at more than a 20% markup from other stores in the area. Upon confronting them about this, the most they would even consider doing was giving me a couple free oil changes. The service manager showed no interest for my business and in fact, at the end of the conversation thanked me for my money. Obviously, this is all they care about at Hyundai Beaverton. You will not find any service at this place of business, avoid it at all costs.

WATCH THESE SNEEKY GUY`S.....
Tried to purchase a car from Beaverton Hyundai it was just as I read on here, The Ole Bait and Switch. Quoted us a price from the SALESMANGERS MOUTH, then when we decided to BUY, he had suddenly made a HORRIBLE MISTAKE and got the numbers mixed up and OUR CAR was $2,000.00 more ""but the car will carry it-self"" at that price! NOT US, WE WALKED. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!! And I read the warning ... view morebefore going here!!!!

WORST of the WORST!!! BEWARE!
it pains me to even give them one star... I bought a 2005 Chrysler pacifica from them, 5 days after i had it, i was stuck on the side of the road with my new born baby in the car because it overheated and completely broke down. After i got it towed in, they promised they would take care of it. I go back in to pick it up, and ask if they used genuine crysler parts on it, because they said they replaced the water p... view moreump, upper radiator hose, and a timing belt. Dick, said yes, of course. I go outside, pop the hood, and what do i find?!? A carquest sticker on my upper radiator hose! like are you kidding me, he just totally lied straight to my face. Thats not even the worst part yet. One week later, im looking at my fuel light. It went from full, with 365 miles till empty, to 17 miles to empty, completely empty. i try and fill up, it wont let me. I take it BACK into beaverton hyundai for now the 2nd time in less than a month. Dan miller, admits that they had taken out the gas tank and put a used one in it, hoping we wouldnt notice. THey cant figure out how to fix it, and send it to NW jeep and crysler. Takes them over a MONTH to pay for the repairs!!! I get my car back finally after almost 2 months, and 6 days later, guess what. its not fixed. Same issue. I call in and speak with dave- their manager. He says sorry and of course come on in we will fix it up for you. I take it back in and dan miller- service manager, tells me no, he wont fix it, because the loaner they gave me was dirty when i gave it back. I had the car for 2 months, yeah, sorry it may need to be vacuumed. SO here i am 4 months into a car i havent driven for more than 3 weeks total and even though i have a SIGNED contract from them saying they would do WHATEVER it took to fix my truck, they wont because the loaner i returned was dirty. They are the worst of any dealership i have ever seen. I cant believe the way they treated me, and other people i saw there. Once you fill out your paperwork, and they get paid, they dont care what happens to you, or the car after that. Needless to say, i will be contacting my lawyer today, as this all falls directly into text book lemon law.

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I went with my wife Tara at the location on sunday june 19th. We were looking for an used elantra . The sales person Hamid was very nice and professional, we try one and we liked. The car was for my mother in law that after a stroke is semi paralized and needs a sedan (she owns a truck and cant be lifted on the seat) to be driven to phisycal therapy and support group meetings. We negotiated the price and to our sur... view moreprise the sales person and his manager dave offered us to take the car drive it to my mother in law and come back ""at our earliest convenience "" and bring them the check ( we made clear that we could not do it till tuesday since she was doing PT on monday). We also made clear that my mother in law may not like the car, but that did not prevent them to keep their offer. My wife `s driving license , insurance card and all her info were collected as well as my mother in law . We spent about one hour and half at the dealership filling documents and waiting for all the process to be done. Finally at 4.30 pm we left in our cars(ours and the elantra). At 4 pm on monday somebody knock at our Portland Address door. To my big surprise a gentleman wearing an uniform from Hyundai was at my door. He asked me where my wife was and where was the car, making me felling as we were hiding it and that we did not had permission to keep it. I was speachless , I asked why was he there and he had some absurd paper work BS excuse about some document missing. He passed me some unkind and rude person at the dealership that gave me more BS about documents that were not filled (by them) . Bottom line I called my wife and told her to return immediately the car the following day. Not tired of BSing me the Hyundai employee (pushed by a gentleman named tarek at the dealership) start asking me for documents(insurance ID and Driving license) that were already in their hands. Tired of the BS and lies from this travesty of sales people I asked them to get out of my home and go to my mother in law`s home ( 70 minutes north of portland)and get their fk car!!!! I am going to write a letter about this to Hyunday USA because they made us feel as we stole the car , not like someone that was about to write a 12.000 dollars check to them. All they would need to do was, as we agreed with the sales manager and the financial manager , to wait till tomorrow morning. . It is a disgrace that people like that work in the sales business , I have worked in the hospitality business for more than 25 years and if something like that happened in any of the companies I worked( and business I managed) , the salesman, his boss and the Dealership Manager would get their asses fired by whomever owns it!!!!!! I strongly suggest to bring your business somewhere else.Stay away from a place like that, they are incompetent, they are liars and they have no clue about customer relationships. We will buy a car in the next 24 hours but you can bet that it will not be at Hyundai Beaverton!!!!

Horrible experience
My girlfriend and I bought a used car and the best way to describe the salesman was sleezey. We spent hours talking with him deciding on the car. And his mangier was even worse. They pretended to be a friend by offering hookups like a call in to a friend and hook her up with a 100k a year job. Which he never did. They even lied on how much they payed for the car. The whole thing was a dirty mind game. To make ... view morethings even worse now we have a bering in the rear deferencal that went out at 35k miles there is no warenty because we weren`t the original buyer. I can`t even drive by that place with out getting angery.

Service... Not so great
After years with my Hyundai at a great dealership in Minnesota, I tried this one when we moved to Portland. I`ve now been there a few times for service, oil changes, and checks on minor issues. Each time I`ve gotten the feeling that they are just searching for more things to charge for. This last time, they found an issue that should be covered in our warranty. At first, they pretended to never have heard of the warr... view moreanty even though it was purchased from Hyundai when we purchased the vehicle. After running around to find my paperwork, they ""magically"" found the record. Of course, once they found that was covered, they seemed to find other issues they never bothered to mention after the first inspection. Unless you have to go here, I would suggest going elsewhere for service. Just horrible!

Great service
I took my 1998 nissan sentra to get it serviced for spark plugs and oil change and the service was quick. Nick Mosley was very helpful and it was not costly at all as opposed to other dealerships. Thanks hyundai two thumbs up

Upfront Service Department
I brought my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am here to get serviced. The car was having troubles shifting and the check engine light was on. After investigating the problem it turns out a MAP sensor was broken. They were easy to deal with, upfront about the pricing, and I had my car out that day with little money out of my pocket.

Great customer service
My Mother in Law came in and Purchased a 2006 Sonata and I was not able to make it in to assist her but reviewed the deal with her later and was pleased to see that Not only did she get the car she wanted but at a great price and it fit her budget perfectly due to the great trade in allowance she was offered.
