If you want to have come back smelling

If you want to have come back smelling like cigarettes and not really sure who will be working on your vehicle, then this is the place for you! Just a filthy disgusting shop. I guess it fits the area of town it located in.

Excellent resolution to a bad situation

Jesse at Autocraft Nw went out of his way to make things right with what became a bad situation from a case of miss-communication. Not only was he willing to come down on a Saturday to resolve this long standing issue with only an hour notice but was friendly, understanding and completely professional. What out! This guy pulled a fast one! Took me for $250

I thought he was reputable, but then I went to the dealership and it turns out he replaced a part on my car that was in recall, and should have been done for free. I called and asked why he`d done that, hadn`t checked, and he wouldn`t return my calls. Very low. Avoid this.
