I was involved in an accident and took my car to Abby`s. My experience started with them driving me to work after I dropped the car off.

Later, during the repair process, they talked with the insurance company and worked out the remaining details so I didn`t have to take time out of work to do so. They answered all my questions thoroughly, and said they would test drove my truck to double check that all the... view more issues were take care of before I picked it up. Then they arranged to pick me up at work at my convenience.

No only did they do an excellent job fixing my truck but they washed, waxed and detailed it. The excellent customer service and the quality of workmanship made a difficult experience much more bearable.

Best in the biz`

I had an accident while I was at the country fair...and my car was parked at home. I searched online for a capable repair shop, and Abby`s had received quite a few high ratings so I decided to give them a try. When I walked into the lobby area the owner (I believe) Fabio greeted me with a smile and a handshake. Later that day Fabio called and mentioned that he had noticed a few scrapes (that I had known about) on the front bumper. He said he`d take care of that too no charge. The rental they had given me me was a red 2010 Camry, and I wanted a white car so the next day Fabio called and told me they had just received a white rental. When I arrived he was standing next to the car with the keys and I was in and out within 2 minutes. They gave me routine checkups on the status of the repair and I couldn`t ask for a better car repair experience even with the paces I put them through. Two thumbs wayyyyyyyyy up!

A family member referred me to Abby`s after an accident, and I couldnt be happier! Flavio was nothing but understanding and patient with the lack of help and efficency from the other party`s insurance company. Old World Elegance & Extraordinary Service

I have used Abby`s three times in the last 7 years and each time the service and elegant kindness of the philosophical Abby, and now the professional and courtly Flavio, have surpassed my expectations. 2 Canadians thanking you !!!

I am from B.C. and it was very disturbing when on our 2nd day out on holidays we had an accident.Dealing with out of country insurance could have proved to be a disaster. However working with my insurance and Flavio we were able to continue on on our trip .But the best part was yet to come. We had to go home without the van and return for it days later...We arrived at Abby`s and from the first step in the door we kn... view moreew we were experiencing something different than what we normally expected from an autobody shop.
Flavio greeted us at the door and we were treated to pumpking latte`s from Starbucks. He knew we had driven a long way and were tired and made us comfortable straight out.
And then when I saw the van we were shocked. It looked like a brand new vehicle.
Not only was the whole front end completely repaired the entire vehicle had been detailed inside and out...He gave us the insurance that we could get back on the road and drive safely home...He even told us to call him to let him know that we had arrived. We cannot stress how hospitable and professional the service was...Portland ...you should be proud to have this business available to you !!!

The best body shop in Portland

This was far and away the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Flavio is an extremely nice man who does exactly what he promises. We had an accident in our Prius, he gave us a very nice Camry for a loaner, helped with our deductible, and finished the work ahead of time. I was treated like a queen!

This is a quick thank you to Abby?s Auto Body. This was my first experience with a body shop (my first accident). The man in charge named Flavio waited after hours for me to arrive with my car. My wonderful 12- year old Camry was clean but was starting to show her age inside and out. I was treated like a queen all during the repair time. Run For Your Life

If you are a woman and younger than 35 years of age, don`t you DARE expect to receive customer service from this shop. I was treated like an uneducated child. Myself, a female, with two college degrees, 23 years old, own my own Company, work 60+ hours a week.......treated as if I knew nothing about customer service or cars. These other reviews MUST have been written by the company themselves. Ladies, young adults, anyone who deems themself worthy of respect....stay far away. Exceptional service!

After a traumatic fender bender, it was a very nice change to take my car to Abby`s for repair. They took care of everything and gave me a brand new car as a loaner while my car was being repaired. Abby`s did great work, gave me a discount, and even detailed my car (no small job in itself, thanks to many family road trips). My car has never looked nicer. It was almost worth being in an accident to get such great an... view mored courteous service (did I mention the flowers and candy?). If your car needs body work, I highly recommend Abby`s.

This place rocks!

We had some body work for Abby`s to do, and they couldn`t have been more gracious and generous to us. They came to our house to look at the car and take the insurance information. Abbas offered to pay $150 of our $250 deductible. Flavio oversaw the work and I have to say the car looks brand new, even if it`s eight years old. I did get a call from Flavio, asking if I wanted them to paint the whole vehicle for $500 and... view more I declined. Even so, they did the painting for free! The car was ready when they said it would be, looking spiffy inside and out, having had the interior vacuumed. Oh, yeah, they had a loaner car (2008 Celica) at no charge ready for us to use while the car was being worked on.

I`ve never used Abby`s before, but after our experience I can`t imagine going anywhere else. Flavio, Abbas and Christine were wonderful to us and I`m going to bake them a cherry cobbler in thanks. Thanks guys!
