TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I went in for an oil change. I had a coupon for a premium oil change for $20.95 I asked Ron what the difference between a regular oil change and premium oil change. After a min of scratching his head he said that he doesn`t know and that he will just be giving me a regular one. Once it was complete I was given the bill wich included a $2.50 fee for "Supplies". He told me before I left that he tested the battery so I went back and asked him to look at it. His reply was that he didn`t touch any of that stuff and that he was not going to do anything about it!!!

The manager at this store has been found to be honest and professional. The manager (Ken) left Gig Harbor, WA. store to manage the store he is at now. I can assure you that these stores are only as good as the management and I will be taking my vehicle(s) to the Puyallup store from Gig Harbor. I also know for a fact that the manager who is in Gig Harbor now is very questionable regarding his ethics and honesty.
