From the moment I first spoke to them to walking out the door, I was completely satisfied and confident they had done a top notch job. I made my appointment over the phone and wen... view moret over a laundry list of little things I wanted to get fixed. I showed up bright and early at 7:30am and was kindly welcomed when I walked in. They went over my list with me, I added a ton of extra work to the work order, then I told them I would be waiting for the car. I took a seat expecting to spend the entire day there because of the nature of work. In only a few hours they had my car repaired and serviced.
Nothing annoys me more then getting in my car to find a mechanic had been in there and got it all dirty. Not a spec this time, not only did they cover everything (seats, steering, and floor mats), but they made certain to clean up after themselves. Even under the hood, no spilled oil, no greasy palm prints, nothing. When it was all said and done, they washed the car and parked it out front for me.
The oil change on my car was also $30.00 less then the Pennzoil place down the street. I?ˆ™ll be going to the dealer for my oil changes from now on!
Well, i saw a truck that was used and the price was right, mileage was good, but did not have a tow. he said no problem, i said how much, he gave me a reason... view moreable price. I said okay I would try it out: test drive. he said lets do the paperwork: I asked if it had ever been in an accident, he said no way, he would include the car fax:
next day, i discover no car fax, that I had filled out to apply for a loan at any terms, ( I had told them I would go thru my credit union) and then i saw the hitch would be only a bumber hitch. I said no I towed horses and a ""bumper"" hitch was useless.
they also had me sign that if I returned the truck within 3 days, i could exchange it for something else. Unfortunatley except for the truck that was not 4 wheel drive there was nothing else on the lot.
I said just tear it up and I would wait and buy when one came in that fit my needs ( I really wanted a dodge)
the manager was totally unreasonable, and even got threatening when I discovered I di d not have the copies of the car fax, nor the copy of the return policy.. so
I took the truck accross the road to Nissan, who fixed everything, and determined that the dodge had been in an accident!
I also had to call Detroit Operations manager to get my money refunded to me within 6 weeks!
i like dodge trucks, but would recommnend researching dealers first.
