One day after getting a routine oil change at Jiffy Lube I came to learn that my oil drain plug was stripped and oil was quickly leaking out of my car. I immediately went back to Jiffy Lube and told them what was going on. I spoke to several people looking for the manager and after he turned up I told him I was there the day before and that my car was now leaking oil. He assured me that this was NOT their fault but... view more would rethread it. Problem solved right, NO 3 months later I took my car into a shop because once again it`s quickly leaking oil, only to find that Jiffy Lube used silicone to ""rethread"" or make the hole tighter for the plug to fit in. Now I get to spend $800.00 to get a new oil pan and plug for my car that worked great and had no oil leak prior to my visit to Jiffy Lube on Pacific Hwy. I will NEVER go back to any Jiffy Lube! On top of it all the manager asked me out to dinner to fix their mistake.

Bad customer service

Young adult boys working and unable to communicate well with customers. Very defensive and has selective hearing. Workmanship is poor.
