We just brought our 2nd Merced...
We just brought our 2nd Mercedes in less than 3 wks with I-5 Motors, Inc. This time it was Freddie and Danny who helped us. I-5 Motors is the BESTEST!!...who comes back in less than a month for a 2nd auto?...WELL we did and I-5 Motors went beyond and above to help us with our 2006 Mercedes-Benz M-Class M500. We will definitely spread the words to friends, family and everyone in for Mercedes-Benz.....

Argues with customers
I will never set foot on I-5 Motors again. I`m in the market for a late model Mercedes Benz but unsure of which model, either a CL or an S class- just something roomy, fast, and classy. When I asked to test drive a v-12 CL that I had looked over a week earlier, the salesman told me if I wasn`t serious about buying the car then he didn`t want me "joyriding it" around town. Trying to regain my composure and r... view moreestrain my rapidly growing ire, I simply exited the car and moved toward an S class that I also had my eye on. The salesman continued, implying that I wasn`t serious about buying the car and that only `particular` buyers would be interested in it due to the gas mileage. Stunned again, I decided it was time for a gut check and let him know that his comments had ticked me off and that I was considering whether or not to leave. I also asked him if him if he thought it was appropriate sales etiquette to drive off customers by arguing with them. The salesman retorted that he had been I-5 Motors #1 salesman for 7 years and then proceeded to say that I had been rude and `prickly` from the moment I walked in the door. The conversation went downhill from there at which point I said I was leaving and never coming back. The salesman followed me to my car yelling that I wasn`t a serious buyer and now "I had my excuse not to buy because of him". Whereupon I replied that no, I had (and still have) every intention of buying a car. He went even further and demanded that I prove him wrong and just buy the car.
I called the sales manager later, however he gave a weak apology and implied that I might have provoked his salesman. He also vigorously defended his salesman`s sales volume and track record.
I will say they have a nice inventory, but then again so do other dealers. I will say that I have learned one thing in sales: customer satisfaction is king... And if the king is dead, then long live the competition.

The worst car salesperson experience ever!
I am still in shock! I have been thinking of buying a bmw for a few years. I drive past I-5 motors in Fife on a weekly basis. After looking at BMW Northwest, and seeing the car I was interested in was out of my price range, we went down the street to I-5 motors. Found a 2006 BMW that looked like it might work. The deal wasn`t working, The salesperson knew it wasn`t working, and started the high pressure sales tactics... view more, trying to play my husband and I against each other. My husband and I became very uncomfortable so I stood up, looked at him, and told him I just wasn`t comfortable with him any more and walked out the door. He followed my husband out the door arguing with him about how we had just wasted his time. He told my husband he was being a jerk, and insulted him. He followed us all the way to the car!! My husband got in the car, and the salesperson was cussing at him the whole time! I can`t believe a business would condone that type of behavior by allowing an employee to treat customers like that. Oh well, lesson learned... I would never do business again with I-5 Motors in Fife.
