Reviews:
These guys really know customer service! I was incredibly pleased with how the technicians spent time making sure they understood my questions & concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations while keeping my repair costs to a minimum. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody in the Puyallup area looking for an honest & quick mechanic!

our alternative to the dealer ...
our alternative to the dealer yea right. The dealer is less expensive. Took forever to get my car repaired the told me they are so busy. I had to go to the dentist across the street. Took them 3 hours just to get my car in the door. Went there for a brake inspection. I was told needs calipers pads and rotors. I had them put it back together and took it back to Chyrsler and had them look at it.Was told that i just nee... view moreded pads. What rip off I spent $200.00 at the dealer and these guys wanted $400.00. Was a total waste of time.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ???? DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE
HORRIBLE SERVICE ?ˆ“ DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I dropped my car off 3/26 in the am and picked it up on 3/30 in the pm when I found that, I have over 500 miles unaccounted for on my vehicle according to THEIR paper work. When I went to ask about the discrepancy they were defensive and gave no reason to the additional miles added to my vehicle. (They did say they drove it 30 miles, 30 miles is even inappropriate for... view more test driving!!!) They made absolutely not effort to correct their actions. On top of the fact it took 5 days to make a repair on something that should have only taken a day and a half at the most. And will not take responsibility for this. The car is running worse since I have taken it there, issues that were not originaly there. Complete FAIL.
