These people are dishearteningly dishonest I highly encourage anyone that reads this to go somewhere else. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau as well.They lied to me about what they were going to charge me for and after there was a disagreement about it, they broke a stereo piece off of my car and never mentioned it. When I pointed it out to them the manager told me that a new one was being ordered fo... view morer me. When I called three weeks later the receptionist told me it was on it?ˆ™s way and they would call me. It?ˆ™s been over a month, no call. I assume now they did it on purpose because of the confusion over what I was going to pay. Worst experience I have had in a long time. Apex gouged me 170 dollars for some uninstalled exhaust pipe that at other shops would have cost around 30 dollars. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told that they are unreachable. I will never go back to Apex for anything.

wouldn`t suggest this place to anyone.

I took my mother in law he because her engine blew up. When they had the engine out they also told her that her clutch was going out. They charged her 3600.00 to replace the engine and the clutch. In the process they told her that she was getting a new engine and they wouldn`t put a used on in her car. When she went to go pick up her car she found out they did put a used engine in her car and charged her 1775 for ... view morethe used engine. So she paid the 3600.00 to get her car back because she had no other option and an hour after she got her car back (which she had to take a loan out t pay) the cluch master cylinder snapped on her. She called apex, they wouldn`t come tow her. So we had someone else tow her there. They said it was going to cost another 250.00 to fix because it`s not there fault. They said it was a factory default. The now have my mother without her car again. They said all of the loaner cars are out. She asked if someone could give her a ride home because she was stranded. They said no and let a 50 year old woman walk out crying stranded in South Hill that is not familiar with the area. They have no human compassion at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever.

I took my car into Apex on Mer...

I took my car into Apex on Meridian to get the windshield wiper water pump fixed and to find a small oil leak. After two weeks we went to pick up the car and this is what happened: Total cost $4000.00. Had to replace pump and line that goes to wipers, found small leak in engine, said car needed new tires because of alignment problem, aligned car, put all new tires on car, and once they fixed my water pump for wash... view moreer they said I also needed a new fan for air into car. Picked up the car, and the fan makes horrible squealing noises, took it back and of course they couldn`t hear the awful squealing, the steering wheel is crooked and has a lot of play in it, the CD player won`t work anymore, and I no longer have wheel or spare tire, still have small oil leak, took car to Les Schwab and told them about the steering wheel, they put it up and said it needed an alignment and I told them it just had one and they said it hadn`t had one, had to order new wheel and new tire for spare. Don`t ever buy Tires from Apex. Always go to a Les Schwab Tire Center where you get guarantees etc. My husband took his car in to get some work done on it and when he got home guess what was missing, his wheel and spare tire. I took my car back to them so many times and still have a squealing fan, CD player that no longer works and still a small engine leak. I was very angry, because they didn`t fix anything. In fact one time I had taken it back in for the CD changer I could tell that the car hadn`t even been moved or touched, but they said it was ready! I think that just because we had 2 really nice cars, (both used) that we had loads of money. We are also going to talk to the Better Business Bureau. It`s one thing to make mistakes and try to fix them but when asked about tires, Andy just shook his head and said, & I quote, "Well we don`t have any extra tires around here so someone must have stolen them when you were out somewhere". Yeah, when my car was at his garage. I have an alarm on my car and so does my husband. The tires vanished but nothing else. Jack still in there etc. Either someone who works for him is stealing and he doesn`t know and doesn`t care or he is condoning it, but clearly he didn`t care that somehow we strangely lost 2 spare tires to them. We hadn`t taken the cars to anyone else, so that theory was out. I went to Spokane and my brother wanted to look at the CD changer/player which is in the trunk and he came back into my parent?ˆ™s house and said, "Do you realize you drove here without a spare tire". I could not believe it! That was when I had found out my spare was missing! I am a female driving by myself across the state and had no spare tire! I was so angry. But trying to communicate with Andy and his team was no longer working. So we are out $4000.00, no spare tires for 2 of our cars, oil leak, no alignment done, CD player no longer works and a squealing fan.

What customer service is all about

I would like to thank Apex for their help today. My son`s car was having trouble with the ignition not turning over to start. You had to jiggle the key just right and twist and turn it to make it work. I had pulled the steering console apart and attempted to see what happening with no luck. After finding out a new ignition cylinder for the car would cost me $200-300 I decided to stop by Apex and get their opinion. Wh... view moreen I arrived they were busy but got to me within 10 minutes or so. The tech checked my car and within 2 minutes told me I simply needed to get a new key, due to mine being worn out. They told me to go to the Chevy dealer and give my registration and vin and they would cut me a new key which I did. It fixed the problem and only cost me $15.00. The best part was that due to their ability to diagnose the problem quickly Apex didn`t charge me to look at my car. That is what customer serivce is all about and I will surely bring my car back to Apex for future maintenance needs!

Recommend anyone to go to Apex

I brought my Explorer into Apex to get the muffler exchanged. It was busy there, and i had my 80lb dog with me. They had me in and out in under an hour. I recommend anyone to go to Apex, they are fantastic!

Thanks for all you`ve done

I have a 96 Ford Explorer and Something went wrong i was off-road and i went through a big puddle but was much deeper than i thought and my car died i had to get it towed home. I was sure that i would need a new car. I called and told a couple shops my story and they said it was DONE. I called apex and they told me they could fix it. Highly recommend this place

I think apex is the best shop in town. Always busy but they will still service your car in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place.
