There was a friendly exchange ...
There was a friendly exchange of sales reps as John Lee was called away to another customer. I felt comfortable with Ryan right away. I was able to look over the car with out feeling pushed. I really appreciated that. He was chatty and quiet in all the right times. I was able to get information and hear the car. I was able to extend the test drive and get a really feel for the car. At no time did I feel like I was as... view moreking to much. I would have liked more money off the price of the car but hey I know that is the way it works. Ryan was professionl and friendly. I was very comfortable with him.

Excellent, friendly, informative. We met Ed 8 days ago when we first stopped to look at the RDX. He was a real pleasure to work with and he was very nice and patient with my 2 young boys.

Jon was fantastic. Everything went smooth throughout. If there was one thing which i did not like in the entire experience, it was that was the price which went up by $100 from what was promised on phone.
one other feedback, the loaner that was given was so low on gas, that i could not even reach home from dealer ship !

Dishonest / High Pressure / Sleezy
After an extensive search and many test drives of many cars my wife and I had decided on the 2012 Acura TSX. On Monday Nov 21, 2011 I went in to the showroom at Acura of Seattle to get information on the 2012 lease program previously described by the salesman Montana. At this point the dealership had proven to be courteous, caring and helpful. I asked the Montana if I could read over the lease agreement paperwork.... view more Before I knew it I was signing documents, discussing price and payment options and giving the finance guy $400 to hold a particular colored and equipped car. A car which I had not test drove, opened the doors or for that matter even seen. I had no time to do any of that prudent or normal activities, I had to leave for a quick Spokane WA business trip. I thought it was odd to give the dealer money to hold a car for two days while I reviewed documents, but OK it was only $400 and the car was exactly what we wanted.
As I left the dealership my communication to the finance guy, Bob Barker and both the salesman Montana, and Sales Manager Eddie was I would return to the showroom on Wednesday 11/23/11 after making the quick business trip to Spokane. At my return I was to finalize the deal, by Inspecting the car, test driving the car, getting the keys, giving my final approval and signing whatever the rest of the paperwork required.
Big Mistake! My mistake, I now know!
After my drive home from Spokane and getting stuck on the freeway in a snowstorm for over 3 hours I realized a 2 wheel drive Acura TSX was not the right choice for me. I drive in poor conditions all the time and really need all wheel drive.
On Wednesday I returned to the showroom as agreed. I then explained to all the players that the brand new 2012 Acura TSX which I still had not even looked over was not going to be the right car for me. You would have thought the world had come to an end. I was immediately lectured at by the Salesmen, the Sales Manager, and the General Manager. I was called immature, irrational, and stupid by the General Manager. My intelligence was questioned and my motives called out. All because I changed my mind on a car I had not even taken possession of. Explained to me with a boorish attitude were all the rules, regulations, laws, and rights the dealer had.
