oh yeah that`s right, from ripping people off, they have the HIGHEST shop rates & can`t even put in a simple thermostat in correctly, then to top it off, charged me for an hour & a half fire labor because that`s what ` book ` says it takes to do it in. when I did the job RIGHT in 20 min
