Not Honest

Kelly is not honest! I took my car into Kelly`s after the clutch went out a few days ago. My car died on that block so I thought I would have him take a look. He told me the whole transmission needed to be pulled out and opened up... costing $900-$1000 just to take a look. Thankfully I have a knowledgeable family member who guessed that one of the clutch cylinders just needed to be replaced... so I got the car towed ... view moredown the street to Auburn City Imports... who fixed everything for $200 total. Don`t waste your time with Kelly... he may be great if you have a relationship... but he`ll certainly rip you off if you walk in off the street.

Shop around.

Brought car into Kellys to get spark plugs, and wires changed, as well as, the fuel filter...all as preventative maintenance. Price was reasonable, and only took a couple of hours. Picked up the car, but noticed that every time I came to a stop then accelerated the (automatic) car acted as if it were going to stall. Took it back to Kellys, talked with Kelly himself who rudely said they would put back on all the origi... view morenal parts and if it still had the same problem they weren`t going to take responsibility. Now I have a box of new parts and a car that works worse than when I took it in. Thanks Kelly.

Fast, efficient, and COMPETENT

My vehicle was previously messed up from another auto shop, so I took it to Kelly`s and they found out exactly what was wrong in under 30 minutes. Had me back on the road in a total of an hour and a half. Fast, professional, efficient, and they know what they`re doing. If you`re having auto troubles, this is the place to go if you want to be safe.
