And, when I noticed the headlight out, Igor made it truely painless to get replaced. Very poor customer service
I recently had a car from Definitive Motors taken to a Mercedes dealership to get checked out. I promptly called to schedule an appointment after I had the car looked at for the following day. As I was on my way to Definitive Motors for my scheduled appointment, another salesman called me and told me that my salesman wanted to let me know he had sold the car that morning. I recently purchased a GX470 from Definitive Motors - after a long search throughout the greater Seattle area, a friend (who had purchased an A4 wagon a month prior from DM) recommended contacting Fred for help. Smooth transaction
I really appreciated the way I was treated. A friend of mine referred me, so I decided to check them out. Went to their website and was impressive with all the nice cars they have and how easy it was to navigate through there site to find the car I wanted. Great Car Buying Experience
I usually dont write refviews, but it is refreshing to find an auto dealer who delivers on what they promise. I recently purchased my daughter a pre owned BMW 325 sedan for college. I fould Defintive on Autotrader and stopped in. They showed me a inspection report on the car and all of the service work that they did to it, got a great loan for me at Wells Fargo and had me in and out in 45 minutes (as promised).
