No Clue What He Was Doing - Waist Of Money

Two weesk ago, when I realized that there is a metal hiting sound coming from my right front wheel when I go over a bump/ pot hole, I decided to take it to these guys, they are Jerry & his Brother.. I explained to them what I experienced, was advised to leave the car there first thing the next morning until he (This Clown) take the time to look at it...He finaly calls me the next day saying I need to replace 2 parts ... view moreon my car and explains that it will cost $300.00 parts & labor included wheel alignment. I deciede to let him do the job, thinking it will be done right and I won`t hear that sound again...After he (says he does the work) I go there and pay him $300.00 and just after a day I hear that sound again and my wheel alingment goes out of balance again!!!, do you believe that?? So I go there to him first thing in a morning and have him seat next to me and go for a drive to let him hear the sound. we drive over a bump the sound comes on and right wheel pulls to one side, after hearing the sound, this Jerry (Clown) won`t even admit that he hears a sound!!! and he tells me: "" I don`t know what else I can do to fix this"" !! ...Do you believe that??

I spent $300.00 and got shafted by a complete ripp off artist...

I am a hard working person myself & am always very glad to talk positive about all the hard working professionals out there who know their trade real good and take pride in positive customer service. Well, these guys weren`t positive to me or my car, they just targeted my WALLET!!
