I`ve purchased 3 cars from Autos Only, and have had an overall good experience with the service. As with all used cat dealerships, it`s important to understand that you`re buying the car as is, but the sales staff was good with providing a full report of the history of the car and providing information to help make an informed decision.

READ BEFORE YOU BUY!

My situation isn`t resolved yet and I really wish I had come on this website BEFORE I purchased a vehicle from them. I purchased a vehicle and the car was misrepresented to me. It had problems the 1st day I purchased it and broke down on me 20 days after I got it ?ˆ“ they told me they fixed it and then a week later it broke down again with the same issue. Now Lam is telling me that I must have done something to the car... view more. They are great and sweet at first until you bring a problem to their attention then everything turns and as Lam told me - you end up ""Inconveniencing them"". I don`t know how my situation is going to turn out yet as I`m still hassling with them; however, I can tell you that so far my experience with them has been nothing short of miserable. They try to convince you that they care and that they are more than just salesmen, but after you sign on the line they`re done. If I can even reach just one person and save them a headache then I`ve done my part. Do your research before purchasing a car through Autos Only. Don`t make the same horrible mistake I did and be sure to check out other places before settling for them, it will be in your best interest. If my situation changes and they make things better as the Manager states he can ?ˆ“ then I will change my review, but until then I?ˆ™m stating the facts and my experiences with them so far. Very nice people

Joe is a great guy, the classic used car salesman. He got me into a great little car only going slightly over my budget. Even helped me with insurance. Everyone there was really nice, helpful and friendly as well. There was slight discrepancies in some of the terms of the sale, due to information not given correctly and clearly, but everything worked out in the end. i`d recommend Joe at burien autos only to anyone.

Great Expriance

I was new in town and I needed a car I spoke to a couple sales people but none of them took care of me like Johnny. My car had some issues they put it in the shop fixed it but they gave me a loaner for a month and they even made my first car payment to keep me happy go see Johnny hes the best

Went in for an Oil change left with a car

I went in cuz they had a great deal on oil changes and I ended up with a car who does that. Thanks to Johnny Jackson I was able to estalish my credit and get started down the right path.
